स्वच्छ, गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं सुरक्षित खाद्य सामग्री सुनिश्चित करने गुमला में चला निरीक्षण अभियान

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देश एवं अभिहित अधिकारी सह अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ. धनुर्जय सुम्ब्रई ने आज खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी के साथ, गुमला शहर के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों पर सघन निरीक्षण अभियान चलाया गया। इस अभियान का मुख्य उद्देश्य आम जनता को सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराना तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम के प्रावधानों का कड़ाई से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना था।

निरीक्षण के दौरान मेसर्स चूल्हनी रेस्टोरेंट, मेसर्स फन एंड फूड, मेसर्स ब्लूम, मेसर्स होटल श्रवण, मेसर्स होटल स्वाद, होटल सबेकर सहित कई प्रतिष्ठानों की जांच की गई। जांच के दौरान खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, रसोईघर की साफ-सफाई, खाद्य सामग्री के भंडारण, कर्मचारियों की स्वच्छता एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों का निरीक्षण किया गया। सभी प्रतिष्ठानों को साफ-सफाई बनाए रखने तथा कार्यरत कर्मियों को एप्रन, ग्लव्स एवं हेडगियर का अनिवार्य रूप से उपयोग करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

अभियान के दौरान पनीर, रसगुल्ला एवं बुंदिया का सैंपल – टेस्ट भी किया गया, जो जाँच में सही पाया गया।

इसके अतिरिक्त प्रतिष्ठानों से पानी की गुणवत्ता, कीट प्रबंधन, कर्मचारियों की मेडिकल फिटनेस रिपोर्ट एवं खाद्य लाइसेंस से संबंधित दस्तावेजों की भी जांच की गई। जिन प्रतिष्ठानों में दस्तावेज अधूरे पाए गए, उन्हें निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर आवश्यक दस्तावेज उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया गया।

खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि उपभोक्ताओं के स्वास्थ्य से किसी भी प्रकार का समझौता बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों को स्वच्छता एवं गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है। नियमों की अनदेखी करने वाले प्रतिष्ठानों के विरुद्ध खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

उन्होंने आम नागरिकों से भी अपील की कि वे खाद्य पदार्थ खरीदते समय गुणवत्ता एवं स्वच्छता का विशेष ध्यान रखें तथा किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत होने पर खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग को सूचित करें। अभियान के दौरान संबंधित विभाग के कर्मी एवं अन्य अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।
