जिला स्तरीय खरीफ कर्मशाला का आयोजन, कृषि आधारित स्वरोजगार एवं समेकित खेती को बढ़ावा देने पर जोर

550 किसानों की सहभागिता, विभिन्न विभागों ने प्रस्तुत की वार्षिक कार्ययोजना एवं आकस्मिक योजना

गुमला : – गुमला नगर भवन, में जिला स्तरीय खरीफ कर्मशाला का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन मुख्य अतिथि उपायुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महत्तो एवं विशिष्ट अतिथि अध्यक्ष जिला परिषद, गुमला किरण माला बाडा़ सहित मंचासीन अतिथियों द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया गया।
कार्यक्रम में जिले के सभी प्रखंडों से आए लगभग 550 किसानों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। साथ ही कृषि विभाग के प्रखंड स्तरीय पदाधिकारी, कृषि सेवा विस्तार कर्मी एवं विभिन्न संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे।
कर्मशाला के दौरान कृषि विभाग, पशुपालन विभाग, बागवानी विभाग, भूमि संरक्षण विभाग, मत्स्य विभाग, डेयरी विभाग एवं जिला अग्रणी बैंक प्रबंधक द्वारा आगामी वर्षों के लिए किसानों के हित में तैयार की गई विभागीय वार्षिक कार्ययोजना प्रस्तुत की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा जिले के लिए आकस्मिक योजना भी तैयार कर प्रस्तुत किया गया, ताकि मौसमीय परिवर्तन एवं प्राकृतिक परिस्थितियों के अनुरूप किसानों को समय पर सहयोग उपलब्ध कराया जा सके।

मौसम में हो रहे बदलाव एवं बढ़ती गर्मी को देखते हुए कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र, गुमला के कृषि वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा किसानों को गर्म हवा एवं गर्म तरंग से फसलों एवं पौधों को सुरक्षित रखने के संबंध में महत्वपूर्ण तकनीकी जानकारी दी गई। तकनीकी सत्र में खरीफ फसलों में लगने वाले कीट एवं रोगों से होने वाले नुकसान तथा उसके रोकथाम एवं बचाव के उपायों पर भी विस्तारपूर्वक चर्चा की गई।
जिला अग्रणी बैंक प्रबंधक द्वारा किसानों को आश्वस्त किया गया कि किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (केसीसी) बनवाने में किसी भी प्रकार की कठिनाई नहीं होने दी जाएगी तथा किसानों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
अध्यक्ष जिला परिषद, गुमला किरण माला बाड़ा ने किसानों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि किसानों की मेहनत एवं तपस्या समाज और राष्ट्र के विकास की आधारशिला है। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों के अधिकारों एवं हितों की रक्षा के लिए जिला परिषद सदैव उनके साथ खड़ी रहेगी। उन्होंने किसानों से सरकारी योजनाओं का अधिकाधिक लाभ उठाकर अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति सुदृढ़ एवं जीवन को समृद्ध बनाने का आह्वान किया।
उपायुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने अपने संबोधन में किसानों को कृषि के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में रोजगार एवं आय सृजन की संभावनाओं पर गंभीरता से विचार करने की सलाह दी। उन्होंने कहा कि सतत आय सुनिश्चित करने के लिए फसल उत्पादन के साथ-साथ मुर्गी पालन, गोपालन, बकरी पालन, मत्स्य पालन, बागवानी एवं सब्जी उत्पादन जैसे समेकित कृषि मॉडल को अपनाना आवश्यक है।
उन्होंने जल संरक्षण एवं सिंचाई व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ बनाने पर बल देते हुए कहा कि ग्राम सभा के माध्यम से जल स्रोतों के प्रबंधन हेतु कार्ययोजना तैयार कर कार्यालय में आवेदन प्रस्तुत करें, ताकि योजनाबद्ध तरीके से सिंचाई सुविधाओं का विस्तार किया जा सके।
उपायुक्त ने कृषि विभाग के सभी पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को किसानों की सतत सेवा एवं सहायता के लिए पूर्ण प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य करने तथा सौंपे गए दायित्वों का गंभीरतापूर्वक निर्वहन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।
