गुमला में परिवहन विभाग का बड़ा एक्शन: सिसई-भरनो मार्ग पर सघन चेकिंग, नियम तोड़ने वालों से वसूला ₹1.23 लाख का जुर्माना

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में सड़क सुरक्षा को पुख्ता करने और यातायात नियमों की धज्जियां उड़ाने वालों पर जिला प्रशासन ने शिकंजा कसना शुरू कर दिया है। गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो के निर्देश पर जिला परिवहन विभाग ने सिसई-भरनो मुख्य मार्ग पर एक बड़ा औचक जांच अभियान चलाया। प्रशासन की इस अचानक हुई कार्रवाई से नियम तोड़ने वाले वाहन चालकों और माफियाओं में हड़कंप मच गया।

डीटीओ ने खुद संभाली कमान, मौके पर काटा चालान

इस विशेष अभियान जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल की मौजूदगी में टीम ने सिसई-भरनो मार्ग पर नाकेबंदी कर वाहनों की कड़ाई से जांच की। इस कार्रवाई के दौरान मोटर वाहन अधिनियम के तहत विभिन्न उल्लंघनों के लिए कुल ₹1,23,000 (एक लाख तेईस हजार रुपये) का जुर्माना मौके पर ही वसूला गया। कार्रवाई के रडार पर रहे ये मुख्य उल्लंघन

परिवहन विभाग की इस मुहिम में मुख्य रूप से भारी वाहनों और सुरक्षा नियमों की अनदेखी करने वालों पर फोकस किया गया और

ओवरलोडिंग पर कड़ा प्रहार, क्षमता से अधिक माल लादकर चल रहे ट्रकों और हाइवा पर भारी जुर्माना लगाया गया। इसके अलावा, निर्धारित आकार (लंबाई,चौड़ाई) से बाहर सामान निकालकर चलने वाले वाहनों को भी जब्त कर दंडित किया गया।

कागजातों की गहन स्क्रूटनी – बिना वैध परमिट, फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट, इंश्योरेंस और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (डीएल) के सड़कों पर दौड़ रहे वाहनों की कड़ाई से जांच की गई।

अवैध मॉडिफिकेशन पर एक्शन – रात्रि के समय दुर्घटनाओं का कारण बनने वाली अवैध एक्स्ट्रा एलईडी – लाइटों और नंबर प्लेट छिपाकर चलने वाले वाहनों पर भी कानूनी गाज गिरी।

बाइक चालकों को नसीहत – बिना हेलमेट दोपहिया वाहन चलाने वालों के चालान काटने के साथ-साथ उन्हें जीवन की कीमत समझाते हुए सड़क सुरक्षा की शपथ दिलाई गई।

मकसद सिर्फ चालान काटना नहीं बल्कि जिंदगियां बचाना है, डीटीओ ने – अभियान के बाद कड़ा संदेश देते हुए डीटीओ ने कहा

> “हमारा मुख्य उद्देश्य केवल राजस्व इकट्ठा करना नहीं है, बल्कि गुमला की सड़कों पर सफर करने वाले हर नागरिक की जिंदगी को सुरक्षित करना है। ओवरलोडिंग और नियमों की अनदेखी से न केवल बड़ी सड़क दुर्घटनाएं होती हैं, बल्कि यह खुद वाहन मालिकों के लिए भी भारी नुकसानदेह है। हम चाहते हैं कि लोग डर से नहीं, बल्कि जिम्मेदारी से नियमों का पालन करें।

आने वाले दिनों में और तेज होगा उक्त अभियान –

प्रशासन की इस औचक कार्रवाई ने साफ कर दिया है कि गुमला में यातायात नियमों से खिलवाड़ बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा। सूत्रों के मुताबिक, आने वाले दिनों में जिले के अन्य संवेदनशील और मुख्य मार्गों पर भी इसी तरह के ताबड़तोड़ चेकिंग अभियान चलाए जाएंगे।
