गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित रायडीह थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत रमजा गांव निवासी 11 वर्षीय जय मंगल सिंह की जहरीले सांप के डंसने से दर्दनाक मौत हो गई। मृतक जय मंगल सिंह, कविराज सिंह का पुत्र था। घटना बुधवार की बताई जा रही है। जानकारी के अनुसार बालक अपने दादाजी माघु सिंह के साथ घर के अंदर जमीन पर सोया हुआ था। इसी क्रम में अचानक एक जहरीला सांप ने उसे डंस लिया। सांप के डंसते ही बच्चे ने खुद अपने परिजनों को दी। जिससे परिजन घबरा गए और आनन फानन में अपने गांव में एक बैध को बुलाकर घरेलू स्तर पर प्राथमिक इलाज शुरू कराया। हालांकि कुछ समय बाद बच्चे की हालत लगातार बिगड़ने लगी। स्थिति गंभीर होते देख ग्रामीणों की मदद से 108 एंबुलेंस को सूचना दी गई। सूचना मिलने के बाद एंबुलेंस गांव पहुंची और घायल बालक को इलाज के लिए सदर अस्पताल गुमला लाया गया। जहाँ अस्पताल ड्यूटी में मौजूद डॉक्टर सचना प्रसाद ने जांच के उपरांत उक्त बालक को मृत घोषित कर दिया। बच्चे की मौत की खबर सुनते ही परिजनों में कोलाहल मच गया और परिजनों में चीख-पुकार मच गई और लोगों का रो रो कर बुरा हाल हो गया, बाद में पुलिस ने उक्त बच्चे के शव को पोस्टमार्टम हेतु गुमला सदर अस्पताल स्थित पोस्टमार्टम हाउस भिजवाया किया, और पोस्टमार्टम के बाद उक्त शव को उसके परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया l
