उपायुक्त ने बाल सुधार गृह, नारी निकेतन, वृद्धाश्रम एवं बालिका गृह का किया निरीक्षण

व्यवस्थाओं का लिया जायजा, बच्चों एवं महिलाओं को बेहतर भविष्य हेतु किया प्रेरित

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो द्वारा आज जिले के बाल सुधार गृह, नारी निकेतन, वृद्धाश्रम एवं बालिका गृह का निरीक्षण कर वहां उपलब्ध सुविधाओं एवं व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में उन्होंने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को आवश्यक सुधार एवं व्यवस्थाओं को और बेहतर बनाने हेतु आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

उपायुक्त ने सर्वप्रथम बाल सुधार गृह का औचक निरीक्षण किया। वर्तमान में वहां रह रहे 68 बच्चों के रहने, खाने-पीने, शिक्षा एवं अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाओं की विस्तार से समीक्षा की। उन्होंने बच्चों की शैक्षणिक स्थिति की जानकारी ली तथा बच्चों से संवाद करते हुए उन्हें मन लगाकर पढ़ाई करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि शिक्षा ही जीवन को बेहतर दिशा देती है तथा यहां से निकलने के बाद आप सभी शिक्षित एवं अच्छे नागरिक बनकर समाज में अपनी पहचान बनाएं।

निरीक्षण के दौरान बच्चों द्वारा प्रस्तुत झारखंडी संगीत एवं सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुति को देखकर उपायुक्त ने प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की तथा बच्चों का उत्साहवर्धन किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने बच्चों के रहने के स्थान, क्लास रूम, किचेन, डायनिंग एरिया, एक्टिविटी एरिया सहित अन्य व्यवस्थाओं का निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक सुधार हेतु निर्देश दिए। उपायुक्त ने बच्चों से कहा कि किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या अथवा आवश्यकता होने पर वे बेझिझक जिला प्रशासन को अवगत कराएं। जिला प्रशासन उनके बेहतर भविष्य एवं सर्वांगीण विकास हेतु प्रतिबद्ध है।

इसके पश्चात उपायुक्त ने वृद्धाश्रम का भी निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने वहां रह रहे बुजुर्गों से मुलाकात कर उनकी आवश्यकताओं एवं सुविधाओं के संबंध में जानकारी ली। उपायुक्त ने बुजुर्गों से संवाद करते हुए पूछा कि उन्हें सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं नियमित रूप से मिल रही हैं या नहीं। इस दौरान बुजुर्गों द्वारा वहां की व्यवस्थाओं पर संतोष व्यक्त किया गया।

उपायुक्त ने नारी निकेतन एवं बालिका गृह का भी दौरा किया। नारी निकेतन में उन्होंने महिलाओं के कौशल विकास गतिविधियों पर विशेष ध्यान देने की बात कही तथा वहां उपलब्ध सुविधाओं की जानकारी ली। वहीं बालिका गृह में बच्चियों के रहने, शिक्षा एवं अन्य व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए बच्चियों से संवाद किया एवं उन्हें शिक्षा के प्रति प्रेरित किया। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन सभी बच्चों एवं महिलाओं के उज्ज्वल भविष्य, सुरक्षा एवं बेहतर जीवन हेतु निरंतर प्रयासरत है। किसी भी आवश्यकता अथवा समस्या के समाधान के लिए जिला प्रशासन सदैव उनके साथ खड़ा है।

इस अवसर पर जिला सहायक निदेशक सामाजिक सुरक्षा सह नजारत उपसमाहर्ता ललन कुमार रजक, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी, बाल संरक्षण पदाधिकारी अमर कुमार, सहायक जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी एलीना दास सहित संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
