विश्व तंबाकू निषेध दिवस पर तंबाकू नशा मुक्ति अभियान का शुभारंभ, जागरूकता रथ रवाना

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में विश्व तंबाकू निषेध दिवस के अवसर पर रविवार को सदर अस्पताल, गुमला परिसर से उपायुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महत्तो, अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज, सिविल सर्जन गुमला शंभूनाथ चौधरी, एलआरडीसी गुमला राजीव कुमार द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से तंबाकू नशा मुक्ति अभियान का शुभारंभ किया गया। इस अवसर पर जनजागरूकता हेतु प्रचार-प्रसार करने वाले जागरूकता रथ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया गया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान तंबाकू सेवन से होने वाले दुष्प्रभावों के प्रति आमजन को जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से हस्ताक्षर अभियान का भी शुभारंभ किया गया। उपस्थित पदाधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों ने तंबाकू मुक्त समाज के निर्माण हेतु जनसहभागिता बढ़ाने तथा लोगों को नशामुक्त जीवन अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करने का आह्वान किया।

मौके पर अस्पताल प्रबंधक, जिला परामर्शी (तंबाकू निषेध कोषांग), मनोवैज्ञानिक तंबाकू मुक्ति केंद्र, एफएलसी-एनसीडी के प्रतिनिधि, सहियाएं तथा सदर अस्पताल के चिकित्सक एवं स्वास्थ्यकर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
