उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हुआ साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, 50 से अधिक मामलों पर सुनवाई

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को समाहरणालय सभागार में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों एवं दूर-दराज क्षेत्रों से आए 50 से अधिक नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं, मांगों एवं शिकायतों से संबंधित आवेदन उपायुक्त के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किए।
जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान प्राप्त आवेदनों में भूमि विवाद, राजस्व अभिलेखों में सुधार, सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं का लाभ, पेंशन, आवास, प्रमाण-पत्र निर्गत करने, पेयजल, विद्युत आपूर्ति, सड़क, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगार तथा अन्य जनहित से जुड़े विषयों से संबंधित मामले प्रमुख रूप से शामिल रहे।
इस दौरान गुमला नगर क्षेत्र के लघु एवं मध्यम आरओ प्लांट (जार वाटर) संचालकों द्वारा नगर परिषद, गुमला द्वारा जारी नोटिस के आलोक में वार्षिक शुल्क, पंजीकरण शुल्क, वर्षा जल संचयन प्रणाली तथा केंद्रीय भू-जल प्राधिकरण से अनापत्ति प्रमाण-पत्र (एनओसी) से संबंधित व्यावहारिक कठिनाइयों एवं आर्थिक बोझ का उल्लेख करते हुए राहत प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया गया।
इसी प्रकार पालकोट प्रखंड अंतर्गत बिलिंगबीरा पंचायत में एक ही परिवार के दो सदस्यों को जन वितरण प्रणाली दुकान का लाइसेंस निर्गत किए जाने संबंधी शिकायत प्राप्त हुई, जिसमें मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई की मांग की गई।
कामडरा प्रखंड के ग्राम पारही निवासी आवेदक द्वारा आर.सी. प्राथमिक विद्यालय, पारही में सहायक शिक्षक नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया में विद्यालय हेतु पूर्वजों द्वारा दान की गई भूमि के एवज में परिवार को प्राथमिकता दिए जाने संबंधी मौखिक आश्वासन का उल्लेख करते हुए संबंधित अभ्यर्थी के पक्ष पर विचार करने का अनुरोध किया गया।
सिसई रोड स्थित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-43 से सटे खाता संख्या-13, प्लॉट संख्या-123 से संबंधित आवेदन में लगभग 25 वर्षों से प्रचलित आम रास्ते को बंद किए जाने की शिकायत दर्ज कराते हुए आम नागरिकों के आवागमन हेतु पूर्ववत रास्ता बहाल कराने की मांग की गई।
इसके अतिरिक्त ग्राम नागपेनी रापूटोली के ग्रामीणों द्वारा आपसी भूमि एवं रास्ता विवाद की पृष्ठभूमि में दर्ज कराए गए आपराधिक मामले को झूठा एवं दुर्भावनावश प्रेरित बताते हुए निष्पक्ष जांच कर निर्दोष व्यक्तियों को राहत प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया गया।
उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरतापूर्वक सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय पदाधिकारियों को मामलों की आवश्यक जांच कर नियमानुसार त्वरित एवं प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने लंबित मामलों के निष्पादन में तेजी लाने तथा आमजनों को समयबद्ध राहत उपलब्ध कराने पर विशेष बल दिया।
उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आम नागरिकों एवं प्रशासन के बीच सीधा संवाद स्थापित करने का एक महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम है। प्राप्त प्रत्येक आवेदन का गंभीरता से परीक्षण करते हुए पारदर्शी एवं नियमानुकूल कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी, ताकि आमजन की समस्याओं का प्रभावी समाधान हो सके।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान विभिन्न विभागों के जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी एवं संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
