गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय गुमला परिसर में फाइलेरिया क्लिनिक में आज फाइलेरिया (हाथीपांव) से प्रभावित 22 मरीजों को दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किया गया। इस पहल का उद्देश्य फाइलेरिया से प्रभावित पात्र मरीजों को विभिन्न सरकारी कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ना तथा उनके सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण को सुनिश्चित करना है।
दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त होने के पश्चात लाभार्थी सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं एवं सुविधाओं का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकेंगे, जिससे उनके जीवन स्तर में सुधार एवं आर्थिक उन्नति का मार्ग प्रशस्त होगा, विशेष रूप से ऐसे मरीज, जो फाइलेरिया जनित जटिलताओं के कारण दिव्यांगता की ओर अग्रसर हैं, उन्हें इस पहल से महत्वपूर्ण सहायता प्राप्त होगी।
इस अवसर पर एसीएमओ, गुमला, वीबीडी कंसल्टेंट, गुमला तथा पीरामल फाउंडेशन, गुमला की टीम उपस्थित रही। सभी अधिकारियों ने लाभार्थियों को प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान करते हुए उन्हें उपलब्ध सरकारी सुविधाओं का अधिकतम लाभ उठाने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा यह प्रयास किया जा रहा है कि फाइलेरिया (हाथीपांव) से प्रभावित सभी चिन्हित पात्र मरीजों को शीघ्र दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र उपलब्ध कराया जाए, ताकि उन्हें सरकार की विभिन्न सामाजिक सुरक्षा एवं कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ा जा सके तथा उनके जीवन की गुणवत्ता में सकारात्मक सुधार लाया जा सके।
