मनरेगा कर्मियों की हड़ताल समाप्त कराने को लेकर उप विकास आयुक्त ने की बैठक, शीघ्र सकारात्मक निर्णय लेने का किया गया आग्रह

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में कार्यरत मनरेगा संविदा कर्मियों की हड़ताल के संबंध में बुधवार को उप विकास आयुक्त, गुमला अनिमेश रंजन के द्वारा झारखंड राज्य मनरेगा कर्मचारी संघ, जिला इकाई गुमला के प्रतिनिधियों के साथ बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में मनरेगा कर्मियों की विभिन्न मांगों एवं वर्तमान स्थिति पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान संघ के प्रतिनिधियों ने बताया कि राज्य के मनरेगा संविदा कर्मी लंबे समय से अल्प मानदेय पर कार्य कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने मानदेय भुगतान में अनियमितता, सेवा शर्तों की स्पष्ट नियमावली के अभाव तथा अन्य लंबित मांगों को संघ की प्रमुख समस्याओं के रूप में रखा। प्रतिनिधियों ने कहा कि लगभग 19 वर्षों से योजना के संचालन में योगदान देने के बावजूद कर्मियों की समस्याओं का समुचित समाधान नहीं हो सका है।
उप विकास आयुक्त ने बैठक में बताया कि जिले के कई मनरेगा कर्मी मार्च 2026 से अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल पर हैं, जिसके कारण महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी योजना (मनरेगा) के क्रियान्वयन में कठिनाइयां उत्पन्न हो रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मनरेगा एक मांग आधारित योजना है, जिसके अंतर्गत ग्रामीणों द्वारा कार्य की मांग किए जाने पर निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर रोजगार उपलब्ध कराना अनिवार्य है। हड़ताल के कारण योजना के संचालन एवं ग्रामीण मजदूरों को समय पर रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ रहा है।
बैठक में यह भी अवगत कराया गया कि हड़ताल के बावजूद जिले में मनरेगा योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन एवं निर्धारित लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति हेतु प्रयास जारी हैं। तथापि क्षेत्रीय स्तर पर कार्यरत कर्मियों की अनुपस्थिति से योजना संचालन प्रभावित हो रहा है।
उप विकास आयुक्त द्वारा संघ के प्रतिनिधियों से जनहित एवं ग्रामीणों के हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए हड़ताल समाप्त कर कार्य पर लौटने का आग्रह किया गया। साथ ही विभाग द्वारा भी संघ के साथ आवश्यक संवाद एवं समन्वय बनाए रखने की बात कही गई।
संघ के प्रतिनिधियों ने आश्वस्त किया कि वे आगामी तीन से चार दिनों के भीतर संगठन स्तर पर विचार-विमर्श कर उचित निर्णय लेंगे तथा अपने निर्णय से जिला प्रशासन को अवगत कराएंगे।
