उपायुक्त के निर्देश पर सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने भरनो में विभिन्न योजनाओं एवं संस्थानों का किया निरीक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी अखिलेश कुमार द्वारा बुधवार को भरनो प्रखंड अंतर्गत उत्तरी भरनो पंचायत का क्षेत्र भ्रमण कर विभिन्न सरकारी संस्थानों एवं विकास योजनाओं का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र, विद्यालय, पंचायत भवन, स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र तथा प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत निर्माणाधीन आवासों की जांच की गई।

भ्रमण के क्रम में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र में बच्चों की उपस्थिति, पोषण आहार वितरण, स्वच्छता व्यवस्था एवं संचालित गतिविधियों का अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने सेविका एवं सहायिका को निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने तथा बच्चों के सर्वांगीण विकास पर विशेष ध्यान देने का निर्देश दिया।

विद्यालय निरीक्षण के दौरान विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति, पठन-पाठन की व्यवस्था, मध्याह्न भोजन योजना तथा आधारभूत सुविधाओं की समीक्षा की गई। उन्होंने शिक्षकों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा सुनिश्चित करने तथा नियमित रूप से शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों के संचालन का निर्देश दिया।

पंचायत भवन में संचालित जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं एवं अभिलेखों की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन एवं आम नागरिकों को समयबद्ध सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने पर बल दिया।

स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र निरीक्षण के दौरान स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं, दवा उपलब्धता, टीकाकरण एवं मातृ-शिशु स्वास्थ्य कार्यक्रमों की स्थिति की जानकारी ली गई। उन्होंने संबंधित कर्मियों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को और अधिक सुदृढ़ एवं जनोन्मुखी बनाने के निर्देश दिए।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत निर्माणाधीन आवासों का निरीक्षण करते हुए अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने लाभुकों से संवाद किया तथा निर्माण कार्यों की प्रगति का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं कर्मियों को आवास निर्माण कार्यों को निर्धारित समय-सीमा के भीतर गुणवत्तापूर्ण ढंग से पूर्ण कराने के निर्देश दिए।

निरीक्षण के दौरान विभिन्न योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन की समीक्षा करते हुए अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए तथा जनहित से जुड़ी योजनाओं के प्रभावी एवं पारदर्शी संचालन पर विशेष जोर दिया।
