राहुल गांधी के आरोप को सावरकर के प्रपौत्र ने ही अदालत में सच साबित कर दिया, अब भाजपाई क्या करेंगे?

जिस मुकदमे से राहुल गांधी को चुप कराना था- उसी ने सावरकर का सच बाहर निकाल दिया. यह बात किसी कांग्रेसी ने नहीं कही। यह बात किसी इतिहासकार ने नहीं कही। यह बात सावरकर के अपने प्रपौत्र ने पुणे की अदालत में कसम खाकर कही। सावरकर ने अंग्रेजों के सामने दस दया याचिकाएं दायर की थीं।

वही सावरकर जिन्हें भाजपा हर चुनाव में महान क्रांतिकारी बताती है। जिनकी तस्वीर संसद में लगाई गई। जिनके नाम पर राहुल गांधी को अदालत में घसीटा गया। वह अदालत जहाँ सच निकला. पुणे कोर्ट में राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ सावरकर पर उनके बयानों को लेकर आपराधिक मानहानि का मामला चल रहा है.

जिरह के दौरान सत्यकी सावरकर ने खुद अदालत में कहा- “दया याचिकाओं का रिकॉर्ड सरकार के पास मौजूद है।”यानी याचिकाएं हुई थीं. यह खुद परिवार मान रहा है। यह कोई विपक्ष का आरोप नहीं। सरकारी अदालत में यह सावरकर के अपने खून का बयान है.

भगत सिंह ने क्या किया था?

उसी दौर में जब सावरकर अंग्रेजों से रिहाई की गुहार लगा रहे थे-भगत सिंह फांसी के फंदे की तरफ बढ़ रहे थे। मदन मोहन मालवीय ने वायसराय से अपील की। गांधी जी ने गुहार लगाई। देश भर से आवाज़ें उठीं। लेकिन भगत सिंह ने खुद माफीनामा लिखने से साफ इनकार कर दिया। उनका कहना था- मेरी शहादत से जनता में जो आग जलेगी, वह मेरे जीवित रहने से नहीं जलेगी।

गांधी जी ने खुद 29 मार्च 1931 को लिखा- “भगत सिंह को जीवित रहने की इच्छा नहीं थी। उन्होंने माफी मांगने से इनकार किया।” राजगुरु ने इनकार किया। सुखदेव ने इनकार किया। तीनों हँसते हुए फाँसी पर चढ़ गए। और सावरकर ने दस बार अंग्रेजों से दया माँगी। यह तुलना किसी ने नहीं की. यह इतिहास खुद कर रहा है तो मानहानि किसकी हुई? राहुल गांधी ने सावरकर पर जो कहा, वह इतिहास की किताबों में दर्ज है।

वह सावरकर के अपने परिवार ने अदालत में माना। तो सवाल यह है, झूठ कहाँ है? जिस बयान को मानहानि बताकर मुकदमा किया गया, वही बयान अदालत में सच साबित हो रहा है। जो मुकदमा राहुल को चुप कराने के लिए दायर किया गया  वह अब सावरकर के अपने परिवार की जुबान से सच उगलवा रहा है।

भाजपा का असली संकट

भाजपा के लिए सावरकर सिर्फ एक नाम नहीं, एक राजनीतिक हथियार है। उनकी तस्वीर संसद में लगी है। उनके नाम पर योजनाएं हैं। उनके नाम पर वोट माँगे जाते हैं। लेकिन उनके अपने प्रपौत्र ने अदालत में कह दिया-“दया याचिकाओं का रिकॉर्ड सरकार के पास है।”

जिस हथियार से राहुल को घायल करने निकले थे, वह हथियार अब खुद उनकी तरफ मुड़ गया है। दो तस्वीरें, फैसला आप करें. एक तरफ भगत सिंह, जिन्होंने फाँसी के सामने भी माफी माँगने से इनकार किया। जिनकी शहादत ने पूरे देश में आज़ादी की आग और तेज़ की। दूसरी तरफ सावरकर, जिन्होंने दस बार अंग्रेजों से दया माँगी। जिनके नाम पर आज संसद में तस्वीर लगी है और इतिहास की किताबें बदली जा रही हैं।

भाजपा ने एक को भुला दिया। दूसरे को महान बना दिया। और अब उनके अपने परिवार ने अदालत में वह सच कह दिया, जो भाजपा दशकों से छुपाती आई थी। इतिहास को झुठलाया नहीं जा सकता. जो लोग राहुल गांधी को सावरकर पर बोलने से रोकना चाहते थे  उन्होंने खुद अदालत का दरवाज़ा खटखटाया। और अदालत ने वह सच बाहर निकाल दिया जो दशकों से दबाया जा रहा था। अब यह मानहानि का मुकदमा नहीं रहा। यह इतिहास का कटघरा बन गया है। और कटघरे में अब वह झूठी छवि खड़ी है, जो भाजपा ने करोड़ों लोगों के दिमाग में दशकों से बनाई थी।
