मोदी के सत्ता में आने के बाद ही शुरू हुई गाली गलौज वाली राजनीति…माफ करने के ढोंग से अवाम वाकिफ है

मोदी जी ने जंतर मंतर के छात्रों-युवाओं को माफ कर दिया. उनके खिलाफ पुलिसिया कार्रवाई नहीं होगी. लेकिन उनकी उदारता-प्रदर्शन के बाद भी न गाली देना बंद हुआ है और न इस बात की उम्मीद करें कि कोई कार्रवाई नहीं होगी.

हां, ज्यादा लोगों के खिलाफ नहीं, क्योंकि गाली देने वाले उसी तबके के हैं जो मोदी को सत्ता में लाये हैं. स्टेडियम में, बड़े-बड़े सभागारों में, देश और विदेश में मोदी, मोदी चिल्लाते हैं.

अब यदि उस समुदाय के ही छात्र युवा व्यवस्था से परेशान हो कर गाली गलौज की भाषा पर उतर आयें, तो यह उनके इस सरकार के प्रति क्रोध की अभिव्यक्ति है. हालांकि मोदी जी ने ही इसकी शुरुआत की है. अब तो एक्शन का रीएक्शन हो रहा है. मां को लेकर उन्हें गाली का बहुत मलाल होता है पर उनकी पत्नी के संबंधों को लेकर भी मद्दे कमेंट होते हैं. उसपर मोदी जी कभी अपनी प्रतिक्रिया नहीं देते. क्या गालियों के वजन में पत्नी हल्की हो जाती है…?

मंडल आंदोलन के दौरान तो पिछड़ों को गाली दी गयी थी

वैसे, यह गौर करने वाली बात है कि सांस्कृतिक रूप से पिछड़ा समझे जाने वाले समाज ने, आदिवासियों, दलितों और मजदूरों ने उनके अनेकानेक जुल्म झेलते हुए भी उन्हें गाली नहीं दी. गाली दी है गाली गलौज किया है मध्यम वर्ग के युवाओं ने. और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य तो यह है कि राजनीति में गाली गलौज की भाषा की शुरुआत सवर्ण राजनीति ने ही शुरु की है. मंडल आंदोलन के दौरान पिछड़ों को गाली दी गयी. कर्पूरी ठाकुर, वीपी सिंह गाली गलौच के शिकार हुए.

राजनीतिक विरोध तो नेहरु के जमाने से होता रहा है. उनके खिलाफ नारे लगते थे – वाह रे नेहरु तेरी शान, भूखा नंगा हिंदुस्तान. बिहार के 74 आंदोलन में नारा लगाया छात्रों ने – कमाने वाला खायेगा, लूटने वाला जायेगा, नया जमाना आयेगा.’ एक नारा यह भी था – औरत के सहभाग बिना हर बदलाव अधूरा है. लेकिन इस तरह के गाली गलौज वाली भाषा का प्रयोग राजनीतिक विरोधियों के लिए नहीं होता था. सच पूछिये तो इसकी शुरुआत मोदी की राजनीति का दौर शुरु होने के बाद शुरु हुआ है.

आज जो युवा लड़के या लड़कियां मोदी को गाली दे रहे हैं, वह पूरी पीढ़ी मोदी के सत्ता में आने के बाद बच्चे से किशोर और युवा हुई हैं. विरोधाभास यह कि जिन लोगों ने सत्ता संभाली है, वे खुद को भारतीय संस्कृति के पुरोधा, संस्कारी-सनातनी कहते नहीं थकते.

खुद गाली देते हैं फिर विक्टिम कार्ड खेलते हैं !

जब वे खुद किसी नेता की पत्नी को पचास करोड़ की गर्लफ्रेंड बोलते हैं तब उसे हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ समझा जाए क्या? वे खुद किसी की मां को जर्सी गाय बोलते हैं; इससे अभद्र भाषा और क्या होगी? वे खुद गाली देते हैं और विक्टिम कार्ड खेलते हैं! उनके द्वारा गठित तथाकथित आईटी सेल के लोग गाली के अलावा कुछ जानते ही नहीं। वे निहत्थी जनता पर लाठी गोली चलवाते हैं। और उल्टे माफ़ भी करते हैं। यह अद्भुत राजनीति है!

फिर उनके शासन काल में सामान्य बोलचाल की भाषा में गाली गलौच का समावेश कैसे हुआ? वह भी उन बच्चों में जो भरसक बेहतर शैक्षणिक वातावरण में पले-बढ़े? इसके मूल में है शैक्षणिक संस्थाओं का भगवाकरण, उनका पाखंड पूर्ण आचरण. बलात्कारियों को राजनीति में पनाह देंगे, उन्हें फूल-माला पहनायेंगे और बेटी बचाने का दावा करेंगे.

विरोध करनेवाले मोदी भक्त भी शामिल हुए

मैं फिर कहूंगा कि मोदी को गाली देने वाले दलित, आदिवासी, सरकारी स्कूलों में पढ़ने वाले किशोर या मजदूर नहीं, उन्हें गाली देने वालों में सामान्यतः मिडिल क्लास के बच्चे हैं जिनके माता पिताओं ने मोदी को सत्ता में लाने में अहम भूमिका निभाई है. जो फर्राटे से अंग्रेजी बोल सकते हैं. इसलिए इस बात के प्रति भी आश्वस्त रहिये कि चिन्हित कर उनमें से कुछ को भले टारगेट किया जाये, लेकिन सामान्यतः उन्हें मोदी उदारतापूर्वक माफ करने का ही ढ़ोग करेंगे, ताकि मध्यम वर्ग का सपोर्ट बना रहे.

और गाली गलौच सिर्फ आक्रोश की अभिव्यक्ति नहीं, सामाजिक, राजनीतिक और सांस्कृतिक अधःपतन की भी अभिव्यक्ति है. यदि वास्तव में मोदी के प्रति आक्रोश होता तो बंगाल में मोदी प्रचंड बहुमत से नहीं जीतते, सांसद टूट- टूट कर भाजपा में नहीं जाते.

वह भी उस बंगाल में जो सांस्कृतिक क्रांति का अग्रदूत था, जहां एक जमाने में रवींद्र और नजरुल और भूपेन हजारिका के गीत घर-घर गाये जाते थे. अब बंगाल में उन गीतों को सुनने-गाने वाले कम हैं. जय श्रीराम का उद्घोष करने वाले ज्यादा.
