फर्जी बैंक खाता खोल साइबर ठग उक्त फर्जी बैंक खाता के आधार पर 56 हजार का लोन ले लिया , पीड़ित व्यक्ति ने गुमला सदर थाना में दर्ज कराई शिकायत

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में साइबर ठगों द्वारा लगातार नए-नए हथकंडे अपनाकर लोगों को अपना निशाना बना रहे हैं. प्रकाश में आए एक मामले में पीडीत गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित जशपुर रोड रामनगर निवासी मुकेश कुमार के दस्तावेजों का दुरुपयोग कर उनके नाम से इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक शाखा गुमला में एक फर्जी बैंक खाता खोला गया और उसी के माध्यम से 56,460 रुपये का लोन लेकर राशि निकाल कर ली गई. इस संबंध में पीड़ित मुकेश कुमार ने गुमला सदर थाना में एक आवेदन देकर उक्त अज्ञात साइबर अपराधियों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई करने की गुहार लगाई है, साइबर ठग द्वारा पीड़ित मुकेश कुमार के
आधार कार्ड और पैन कार्ड का दुरुपयोग करते हुए, और
उनके नाम और पते का हवाला देते हुए,इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक गुमला में फर्जी खाता खोला गया और उक्त खाते के माध्यम से एक निजी फाइनेंस कंपनी से 56,460 रुपये का लोन ले लिया और राशि दूसरे बैंक खाते में ट्रांसफर कर दिया गया, .
बाद में मुकेश कुमार के सिबिल रिपोर्ट से हुआ उक्त फर्जीवाड़े का खुलासा, गुमला सदर थाना में

मुकेश कुमार ने अपने आवेदन में बताया हैं की जब मुकेश कुमार अपनी सिबिल (CIBIL) रिपोर्ट की जांच कराई, तब उसे अपने नाम पर लिए गए उक्त फर्जी लोन की जानकारी मिली. इसके बाद उन्होंने पूरे मामले की जानकारी जुटानी शुरू की, उक्त संबंधित बैंक प्रबंधन ने ऑनलाइन खाता खुलने की जानकारी दी,
पीड़ित मुकेश कुमार ने अपनी आवेदन में यह भी बताया हैं की इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक के प्रबंधक से संपर्क करने पर उन्हें बताया गया कि संबंधित खाता ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से खोला गया था, जो बैंक के नियमानुसार दर्ज है. हालांकि पीड़ित का कहना है कि उन्होंने ऐसा कोई खाता नहीं खुलवाया हैं और न ही किसी प्रकार का लोन लिया हैं, अतः उक्त फर्जी खाता सीज कर उस पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग करते हुए , पीड़ित मुकेश कुमार ने गुमला सदर थाना में एक आवेदन देकर उक्त अज्ञात साइबर ठगों की पहचान करते हुए , उनके विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्रवाई करने तथा उनके नाम से खोले गए फर्जी बैंक खाते को तत्काल सीज करने की मांग भी की है. गुमला सदर थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए उक्त मामले की जांच में जुट गई है l
