गुमला के बायोडायवर्सिटी पार्क में तैयार हो रहा नक्षत्र वन, 80 से ज्यादा औषधीय पौधों से सजेगा पार्क

गुमला: जंगल और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों से समृद्ध गुमला में लोगों को प्रकृति और औषधीय पौधों से जोड़ने की दिशा में पहल शुरू की गई है। इसी कड़ी में उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने बुधवार को वन विभाग की ओर से विकसित किए जा रहे बायोडायवर्सिटी पार्क का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान जिला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी अहमद बेलाल अनवर भी मौजूद रहे।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने पार्क में विकसित किए जा रहे नक्षत्र वन के लिए लगाए जा रहे अलग-अलग औषधीय पौधों को देखा। उन्होंने पौधों के संरक्षण, उनके महत्व और आम लोगों तक इनसे जुड़ी जानकारी पहुंचाने को लेकर वन विभाग के अधिकारियों को जरूरी दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

80 से ज्यादा औषधीय पौधों की होगी पहचान

बायोडायवर्सिटी पार्क में नक्षत्र वन विकसित करने का उद्देश्य स्थानीय लोगों को जंगल और प्रकृति से जोड़ने के साथ आसपास उपलब्ध औषधीय पौधों के महत्व और पारंपरिक उपयोग के बारे में जानकारी देना है। इस पहल में औषधीय पौधों के विशेषज्ञ डॉ. सत्यनारायण सिंह के सहयोग से वन विभाग अलग-अलग प्रजातियों की पहचान कर उनका रोपण कर रहा है।

निरीक्षण के दौरान डॉ. सत्यनारायण सिंह ने उपायुक्त और जिला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी को 80 से अधिक औषधीय और उपयोगी पौधों की जानकारी दी। इनमें करंज, गांजा, घृतकुमारी यानी एलोवेरा, बबूल, अंजीर, हरड़, बहेड़ा, मदनफल, बांदा, खजूर, इमली, ताड़, धतूरा, कुचला, सेमल, करोंदा, पपीता, नाशपाती, शहतूत, कनेर, फालसा, फरहद, खास, तेंदू, छतिहन, कमेला, अतिबला, चिरौंजी, मरड़फली, वन कपास, भिलावा, बरहाल और अडूसा समेत कई प्रजातियां शामिल हैं।

पार्क में पौधों के बारे में मिलेगी पूरी जानकारी

पार्क में लगाए जा रहे पौधों को सिर्फ संरक्षित करने तक सीमित नहीं रखा जाएगा। प्रत्येक पौधे की पहचान और उसके औषधीय महत्व की जानकारी लोगों तक पहुंचाने के लिए सूचना पट्ट और बोर्ड लगाए जा रहे हैं। इन पर पौधे का नाम, पहचान और उसके उपयोग से जुड़ी जरूरी जानकारी दी जाएगी।

पार्क में इसके लिए एक विशेष स्थान भी चिह्नित किया गया है, जहां आने वाले लोगों को औषधीय पौधों के बारे में व्यवस्थित जानकारी मिल सकेगी। प्रशासन और वन विभाग का प्रयास है कि नक्षत्र वन भविष्य में पौधों के संरक्षण के साथ प्रकृति और पारंपरिक वनस्पति ज्ञान को समझने का एक जागरूकता केंद्र भी बने।

पौधों से तैयार उत्पादों की भी दी गई जानकारी

निरीक्षण के दौरान डॉ. सत्यनारायण सिंह ने विभिन्न पौधों से तैयार किए गए औषधीय उत्पाद, सिरप, जूस और तेल भी प्रदर्शित किए। उन्होंने इन उत्पादों में इस्तेमाल होने वाले पौधों और उनके पारंपरिक उपयोग के बारे में उपायुक्त और वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी को जानकारी दी।

उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने इस पहल की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि गुमला जैसे प्राकृतिक संसाधनों से समृद्ध जिले में लोगों को जंगल, जैव विविधता और औषधीय वनस्पतियों के महत्व से जोड़ना जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा कि पार्क को इस तरह विकसित किया जाए, ताकि यहां आने वाले लोगों को पौधों की पहचान, उनके महत्व और प्रकृति संरक्षण की व्यावहारिक जानकारी मिल सके।

जिला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी अहमद बेलाल अनवर ने बताया कि आने वाले समय में इस पहल का विस्तार किया जाएगा। लोगों को औषधीय पौधों की जानकारी देने के साथ इनके संरक्षण, उपयोग और पौधों से उत्पाद तैयार करने को लेकर जागरूकता एवं प्रशिक्षण देने की दिशा में भी काम किया जाएगा।

इस पहल का उद्देश्य स्थानीय लोगों को अपने प्राकृतिक संसाधनों से जोड़ना, जैव विविधता के संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूक करना और जंगल एवं प्रकृति के साथ उनके जुड़ाव को और मजबूत करना है। निरीक्षण के दौरान वन विभाग के पदाधिकारी और संबंधित कर्मी मौजूद रहे।
