पालकोट में आयोजित अंचल दिवस में अपर समाहर्ता ने सुनीं ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं, भूमि एवं राजस्व मामलों के त्वरित निष्पादन के दिए निर्देश

गुमला: उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो के निर्देश पर जिले के पालकोट अंचल परिसर में शनिवार को अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज की अध्यक्षता में अंचल दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में डीसीएलआर बसिया, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी पालकोट, अंचल अधिकारी पालकोट सहित विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे। अंचल दिवस के दौरान प्रखंड एवं अंचल क्षेत्र के विभिन्न पंचायतों से आए ग्रामीणों ने अपनी समस्याओं एवं शिकायतों से संबंधित आवेदन अधिकारियों के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किए।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्य रूप से भूमि एवं राजस्व से संबंधित मामलों की सुनवाई की गई। ग्रामीणों द्वारा भूमि मापी, दाखिल-खारिज, ऑनलाइन रसीद निर्गमन, सीमांकन, जमाबंदी सुधार, भूमि विवाद तथा अन्य राजस्व संबंधी समस्याओं को प्रमुखता से उठाया गया। अपर समाहर्ता ने एक-एक मामले की गंभीरता से समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। कई मामलों का मौके पर ही निष्पादन किया गया, जबकि शेष मामलों के त्वरित एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण समाधान हेतु संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को समयबद्ध कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
अपर समाहर्ता राजीव नीरज ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार एवं जिला प्रशासन का उद्देश्य आमजन को उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु सुलभ, पारदर्शी एवं जवाबदेह व्यवस्था उपलब्ध कराना है। अंचल दिवस इसी दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है, जिसके माध्यम से लोगों को स्थानीय स्तर पर ही अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान का अवसर मिलता है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि राजस्व एवं जनहित से जुड़े मामलों में किसी प्रकार की अनावश्यक विलंब न हो तथा सभी आवेदनों का निष्पादन निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि भूमि एवं राजस्व संबंधी मामले आम लोगों के जीवन एवं आजीविका से सीधे जुड़े होते हैं। ऐसे मामलों में संवेदनशीलता के साथ कार्य करना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि लंबित मामलों की नियमित समीक्षा करते हुए उनका शीघ्र निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करें तथा आमजन को अनावश्यक रूप से कार्यालयों का चक्कर न लगाना पड़े।
अंचल दिवस के दौरान अधिकारियों द्वारा ग्रामीणों को विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की भी जानकारी दी गई। उन्हें सरकार द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं का लाभ लेने तथा योजनाओं के प्रति जागरूक रहने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया। साथ ही योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में किसी प्रकार की समस्या होने पर संबंधित कार्यालय से संपर्क करने की सलाह दी गई।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान उपस्थित ग्रामीणों ने अपनी समस्याओं को सीधे अधिकारियों के समक्ष रखने एवं त्वरित सुनवाई की व्यवस्था पर संतोष व्यक्त किया।
