सुपर एल नीनो की संभावित स्थिति को देखते हुए किसानों की आय संवर्धन हेतु मधुमक्खी पालन को दिया जा रहा बढ़ावा

उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में वैकल्पिक आय सृजन हेतु मधुमक्खी पालन पर एक दिवसीय किसान गोष्ठी आयोजित

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो के निर्देशानुसार शनिवार को समाहरणालय परिसर स्थित सभागार में उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में उद्यान विकास विभाग द्वारा “सुपर एल नीनो एवं संभावित अल्पवृष्टि की स्थिति में वैकल्पिक आय सृजन” विषय पर मधुमक्खी पालन संबंधी एक दिवसीय किसान गोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में जारी, बिशुनपुर, भरनो, बसिया, कामडारा, चैनपुर एवं गुमला प्रखंडों से लगभग 70 किसानों ने भाग लिया।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त अनिमेष रंजन, जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी, गुमला सहित संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारी, कर्मी एवं जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों जारी, बिशुनपुर, भरनो, बसिया, कामडारा, चैनपुर एवं गुमला से आए किसान उपस्थित रहें।

गोष्ठी के दौरान मधुमक्खी पालन से जुड़े अनुभवी किसानों ने अपने अनुभव साझा करते हुए इसे कृषि के साथ आय के अतिरिक्त स्रोत के रूप में अपनाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। भारतीय मौसम विभाग के पूर्वानुमान के अनुसार वित्तीय वर्ष 2026 – 27 में सुपर एल नीनो के प्रभाव से सामान्य से कम वर्षा की संभावना व्यक्त की गई है, जिसके मद्देनजर जिला प्रशासन एवं कृषि विभाग द्वारा किसानों को वैकल्पिक आजीविका के अवसरों से जोड़ने की दिशा में पहल की जा रही है।

उद्यान विकास योजना के अंतर्गत वित्तीय वर्ष 2026 – 27 में जिले के 32 किसानों को मधुमक्खी पालन इकाई उपलब्ध कराने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। चयनित लाभार्थियों को 20 बी-बॉक्स कॉलोनी एवं एक मधु निष्कासन यंत्र उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र एवं संबंधित विभागों के सहयोग से तीन दिवसीय व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाएंगे।

उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महत्तो ने कहा कि मधुमक्खी पालन कम लागत एवं न्यूनतम जल आवश्यकता वाला व्यवसाय है, जो किसानों के लिए प्रतिकूल मौसम की परिस्थितियों में भी आय का सशक्त माध्यम बन सकता है। प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से लाभार्थियों को मधुमक्खी पालन की वैज्ञानिक तकनीकों, शहद उत्पादन, बॉक्स प्रबंधन तथा मधुमक्खी मोम, रॉयल जेली एवं अन्य उत्पादों के विपणन संबंधी जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।

उन्होंने किसानों से प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों में सक्रिय भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करते हुए मधुमक्खी पालन को स्वरोजगार एवं आर्थिक सशक्तीकरण के प्रभावी माध्यम के रूप में अपनाने हेतु प्रेरित किया।
