गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग का विशेष छापेमारी अभियान, खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों, आवासीय विद्यालय एवं मध्याह्न भोजन के रसोईघर का किया गया निरीक्षण

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त एवं अभिहित अधिकारी-सह-अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी गुमला के संयुक्त निर्देश पर जिले में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों एवं जनस्वास्थ्य से जुड़े नियमों के अनुपालन को सुनिश्चित करने हेतु खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा विशेष छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी, कुमार प्रभाकर एवं आशा राज ने किया।

अभियान के दौरान विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों, किराना दुकानों तथा ठेला- खोमचा की सघन जांच की गई। निरीक्षण के क्रम में खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, स्वच्छता व्यवस्था, सुरक्षित भंडारण, खाद्य लाइसेंस एवं पंजीकरण, उत्पादों की एक्सपायरी तिथि तथा लेबलिंग संबंधी प्रावधानों की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई। अधिकारियों ने दुकानदारों को खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम के प्रावधानों का पालन करने तथा उपभोक्ताओं को सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश दिया।

जांच के दौरान कई प्रतिष्ठानों को खाद्य पदार्थों के रख-रखाव एवं स्वच्छता संबंधी आवश्यक सुझाव भी दिए गए। विशेष रूप खाद्य सामग्री को लपेटने या परोसने के लिए समाचार पत्र ( न्यूज पेपर ) का उपयोग नहीं करने की हिदायत दी गई, क्योंकि यह स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक हो सकता है। कुछ प्रतिष्ठान में लाइसेंस नहीं पाया गया उसे निर्देशित किया गया कि एक सप्ताह के अंदर अपना लाइसेंस बनवा ले ।

अभियान के दौरान कस्तूरबा गाँधी बालिका विद्यालय सीएम स्कूल ऑफ एक्सीलेंस, गुमला में विद्यार्थियों के बीच खाद्य सुरक्षा जागरूकता कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किया गया। विद्यार्थियों को सुरक्षित एवं संतुलित भोजन के महत्व के बारे में जानकारी दी गई तथा खाद्य पैकेटों पर अंकित + F चिन्ह एवं फोर्टिफाइड खाद्य पदार्थों की पहचान के संबंध में विस्तार से बताया गया। साथ ही “आज से थोड़ा कम तेल, चीनी और नमक” अभियान के तहत स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया। साथ ही राजकीय उच्च विद्यालय, करमटोली, गुमला में मध्याह्न भोजन का भी जाँच किया गया एवं साफ -सफाई के साथ व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता बरतने का सख्त निर्देश दिया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी द्वारा कोटपा अधिनियम, 2003 एवं संशोधित अधिनियम, 2021 के प्रावधानों के तहत भी दुकानों एवं सार्वजनिक स्थलों की जांच की गई। नियमों का उल्लंघन पाए जाने पर एक प्रतिष्ठान पर कुल ₹ 300 रुपये का अर्थदंड लगाया गया। संबंधित दुकानदारों को तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री एवं प्रदर्शन संबंधी नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

इसके अतिरिक्त विद्यालय परिसर एवं उसके आसपास 100 मीटर की परिधि में तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री पर प्रतिबंध संबंधी प्रावधानों की भी जांच की गई। आसपास के दुकानदारों को नियमों की जानकारी देते हुए विद्यालयों के निकट तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री नहीं करने तथा कानून का कड़ाई से पालन करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने आम नागरिकों से अपील की है कि वे केवल मानकयुक्त एवं सुरक्षित खाद्य पदार्थों का ही उपयोग करें तथा खाद्य मिलावट, अखाद्य रंगों के प्रयोग अथवा खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमों के उल्लंघन की जानकारी विभाग को दें।
