साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त ने सुनी आमजनों की समस्याएं, त्वरित निष्पादन के दिए निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को समाहरणालय में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से पहुंचे आमजनों ने उपायुक्त से मुलाकात कर अपनी समस्याओं से संबंधित आवेदन सौंपे। उपायुक्त ने बारी-बारी से लोगों की समस्याओं को सुना तथा संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को मामलों की जांच कर नियमानुसार आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं का समाधान जिला प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है। जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में प्राप्त आवेदनों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए प्राथमिकता के आधार पर उनका निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाए। उन्होंने संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि शिकायतों के समाधान में अनावश्यक विलंब न हो तथा पात्र मामलों में नियमानुसार त्वरित कार्रवाई की जाए।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में राशन, पेंशन, भूमि विवाद, पारिवारिक एवं आपसी विवाद, रोजगार तथा शिक्षा से संबंधित विभिन्न मामले सामने आए।

रायडीह प्रखंड से सेवानिवृत्त अंचल अधिकारी श्रीकान्त लाल माँझी ने पेंशन से संबंधित समस्या को लेकर आवेदन दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि सेवानिवृत्ति के उपरांत आवश्यक प्रक्रिया पूरी किए जाने के बावजूद पेंशन संबंधी मामला लंबित है। उन्होंने संबंधित कार्यालय से आवश्यक प्रतिवेदन उपलब्ध कराने हेतु कार्रवाई का अनुरोध किया। उपायुक्त ने मामले में संबंधित पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

शिक्षा एवं विद्यार्थी विकास के क्षेत्र में कार्यरत संस्था हर्बियोनेक्सिस फाउंडेशन द्वारा जिले के विभिन्न विद्यालयों में शैक्षणिक ओलंपियाड परीक्षा एवं छात्रवृत्ति कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने के संबंध में आवेदन दिया गया। संस्था द्वारा प्रतिभावान एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर विद्यार्थियों को शैक्षणिक अवसर उपलब्ध कराने तथा विज्ञान, गणित एवं सामान्य ज्ञान के प्रति उनकी रुचि बढ़ाने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को आवेदन का नियमानुसार परीक्षण कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

गुमला प्रखंड के राजस्व ग्राम पुगू के ग्रामीणों द्वारा करमडीपा क्षेत्र में संचालित एक फैक्ट्री से संबंधित शिकायत उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखी गई। ग्रामीणों ने फैक्ट्री से निकलने वाले रसायन के कारण आसपास के क्षेत्रों में प्रदूषण एवं जनजीवन प्रभावित होने की आशंका जताते हुए मामले की जांच की मांग की। साथ ही फैक्ट्री के समीप स्थित पारंपरिक एवं धार्मिक महत्व के करम वृक्ष के संरक्षण का भी अनुरोध किया गया। उपायुक्त ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित विभाग को स्थल जांच एवं नियमानुसार आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

टोटो प्रखंड के छोटा खटंगा निवासी लेदा उराँव द्वारा पारिवारिक भूमि से संबंधित समस्या को लेकर आवेदन दिया गया। वहीं, गुमला प्रखंड के छोटालोरो निवासी सोना देवी ने अपने हिस्से की भूमि पर निर्माण कार्य में बाधा उत्पन्न किए जाने की शिकायत की। उन्होंने बताया कि भूमि के बंटवारे के बावजूद निर्माण कार्य में आपत्ति की जा रही है। उपायुक्त ने दोनों मामलों में संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को अभिलेखों एवं तथ्यों की जांच कर नियमानुसार कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान प्राप्त अन्य आवेदनों को भी संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए भेजा गया। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा आमजनों से अपील की गई कि वे अपनी समस्याओं एवं शिकायतों को जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के माध्यम से प्रशासन के समक्ष रखें, ताकि मामलों का नियमानुसार समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।
