गिरिडीह : (कमलनयन) जैन धर्म के विश्व प्रसिद्ध तीर्थराज सम्मेद शिखर मधुबन का सरकार द्वारा का स्वरूप बदल कर पर्यटन स्थल के रूप में विकसित किए जाने के प्रस्ताव के विरोध के बीच गुरुवार को गिरिडीह उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा की अध्यक्षता में पारसनाथ विकास प्राधिकरण की उच्चस्तरीय बैठक हुई। सरकार के निर्देश के बाद इस उच्चस्तरीय बैठक में डुमरी एसडीएम प्रेमलता मुर्मू, पीरटांड़ बीडीओ और अंचलाधिकारी के साथ डुमरी एसडीपीओ मनोज कुमार, मधुबन के गुणायतन जैन संस्था के महामंत्री सुभाष जैन, बीस पंथी कोठी के सुभाष सिन्हा समेत कई अधिकारी और अलग-अलग जैन तीर्थ क्षेत्र कमेटी के सदस्य शामिल हुए।

डीसी ने कहा: मांस-मंदिरा की बिक्री पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा

बैठक में डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने मौजूद अधिकारियों को कड़ा निर्देश जारी करते हुए कहा कि साल बीतने को है, इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए पूरे सम्मेद शिखर मधुबन क्षेत्र में किसी सूरत में मांस-मंदिरा की बिक्री नहीं हो, और न ही सम्मेद शिखर में प्रवेश करनेवाले ही कोई इसका इस्तेमाल करे। कहा कि सम्मेद शिखर मधुबन अंहिसा के प्रर्वतकों की निर्वाण धरा-आस्था का केंद्र है। बैठक में कई और मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई। इस दौरान डीसी ने हुए कहा कि जल्द ही सम्मेद शिखर के समुचित विकास को लेकर छह सदस्यों के पैनल का गठन किया जाएगा। इसी पैनल के सुझाव पर मधुबन में नए सड़क निर्माण के साथ बायो शौचालय व अन्य विकास कार्य किये जाएंगे। ङीसी ने जोर देकर कहा कि मांस-मंदिरा पर जो रोक पहले से लगी है, उसका पालन अब और कड़ाई से किया जाएगा। इसमें कोई लापरवाही नहीं होगी।

प्लास्टिक लेकर पहाड़ी पर नहीं जाएं: सुभाष जैन

बैठक में शामिल गुणायतन ट्रस्ट के मंत्री सुभाष जैन ने कहा कि अब मधुबन में बीस तीर्थंकरों के पूजन दर्शन और वंदना के लिए आने वाले भक्तों को हर मंदिर ट्रस्ट और भवन के द्वारा सुझाव दिया जाएगा कि वो सम्मेद शिखर की पवित्रता बनाए रखने के लिए प्लास्टिक के इस्तेमाल को खुद रोकें। यहां तक कि प्लास्टिक को पार्श्वनाथ पहाड़ी पर भी लेकर नहीं जाए। जिसे वंदना करने और आस्था पर कोई चोट नहीं हो। डीसी ने कहा कि पर्यटन स्थल के रूप में किए जाने को लेकर जो भ्रम है, उसे दूर करने का प्रयास होगा। गुणायतन ट्रस्ट के मंत्री सुभाष जैन ने कहा कि पर्यटन स्थल को लेकर विकास का विरोध इस क्षेत्र की पवित्रता को लेकर है, क्योंकि वहां आने वाले फिर उसी रूप में मौज-मस्ती करेंगे, और नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन करेंगे, इसका विरोध राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर इसी बात को लेकर हो रहा है।

गिरिडीह: (कमलनयन) जिले के श्रम नियोजन एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा जिला मुख्यालय के झंडा मैदान में बुधवार को दत्तोपंत ठेंगड़ी रोजगार मेले का आयोजन किया गया। रोजगार मेले के मुख्य अतिथि उपायुक्त  नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा, आईएएस प्रशिक्षु उत्कर्ष कुमार, उप महापौर, सांसद प्रतिनिधि, कोडरमा, उप विकास आयुक्त व अन्य वरीय पदाधिकारियों द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की गई। आयोजित रोजगार मेले में कई कंपनियों के स्टॉल लगे थे। जिले के युवाओं ने झंडा मैदान में रोजगार मेले से संबंधित स्टॉलों पर रोजगार संबंधी जानकारी प्राप्त की। मेले में जिले के कुल 120 युवाओं को नियुक्ति पत्र दिया गया तथा 640 युवाओं को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया गया है, जिनका इंटरव्यू कराने के पश्चात नियुक्ति पत्र दिया जाएगा। साथ ही आज के रोजगार मेले लगभग 25 से अधिक कंपनियों ने भाग लिया।

योग्यतानुसार रोजगार उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे

इस कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन जिले के युवाओं को रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में सतत प्रयास कर रहा है। युवाओं को हुनरमंद बनाने का प्रयास भी चल रहा है। जिला प्रशासन से रोजगार मेला में नियुक्त होनेवाले युवाओं की कपंनीवार सूची बनाई जाएगी तथा युवाओं को उनकी योग्यता के अनुसार रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। डीसी ने कहा कि युवाओं को रोजगार मेले के माध्यम से निबंधन एवं रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया है। लगभग 20 कंपनियां गिरिडीह की है। जिला प्रशासन युवाओं के लिए अन्य कार्यक्रमों का भी आयोजन कर रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि समय-समय पर इसकी समीक्षा भी की जा रही है तथा सरकार द्वारा निजी क्षेत्र में स्थानीय उम्मीदवारों को 75 प्रतिशत आरक्षण संबंधी जो नीति बनाई गई है, उस संबंध में भी गिरिडीह जिला के निजी कंपनियों से किया गया है। इसके अलावा उन्होंने कहा कि आनेवाले समय में कोडरमा जिला के साथ रोजगार को लेकर एक रोजगार मेला का आयोजन किया जा रहा है, जिसमें कई तरह के रोजगार युवाओं को उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि आनेवाले समय में ई-गवर्नेंस रिलेटेड प्रशिक्षण जिला समाहरणालय में सभी सरकारी कर्मियों को दिया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि आनेवाले समय में जिले के सभी आवासीय विद्यालय, सभी कस्तूरबा बालिका उच्च विद्यालयों में अवकाश के दिन करियर काउंसलिंग तथा मोटिवेशनल सेशन का आयोजन किया जाएगा।

Sushant Singh Rajput was an Indian actor who appeared in films and television shows. He was born on January 21, 1986 in Patna, Bihar, India. Rajput began his career as a television actor, appearing in popular shows such as “Pavitra Rishta” and “Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil”. He gained widespread fame and critical acclaim for his role in the show “Pavitra Rishta”, which aired on Zee TV.

In 2013, Rajput made his film debut with the romantic comedy “Kai Po Che!”, which was based on the novel “The 3 Mistakes of My Life” by Chetan Bhagat. The film was a critical and commercial success, and Rajput received praise for his performance. He went on to star in a number of films, including “Shuddh Desi Romance”, “PK”, and “M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story”, which was a biographical film about the life of Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Rajput was known for his versatile acting skills and natural performances. He received several awards and nominations for his work in films and television, including the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for “Kai Po Che!”.

In June 2020, Rajput died by suicide at the age of 34. His death sent shockwaves through the Indian entertainment industry and sparked widespread debates about mental health and nepotism in the film industry.

रांची : नियोजन नीति हाईकोर्ट से रद्द होने के बाद पक्ष-विपक्ष इस मुद्दे पर उलझ गया है. भाजपा इस मामले में हेमंत सरकार को बैकफुट पर ला दिया है. वहीं झारखंड के युवा हेमंत सरकार कटघरे में खड़ा कर दिया है. इधर, भाजपा विधायक दल के नेता बाबूलाल मरांडी ने हेमंत सरकार पर हमला करते हुए कहा है कि पत्रकारों से कहा कि हेमंत सरकार ने 2021 में नियोजन नीति बनाई थी, जिसमें प्रावधान किया गया था कि जो लोग 10वीं और 12वीं झारखंड से करेंगे वहीं नौकरी के लिए योग्य होंगे। जो लोग झारखंड से बाहर से पढ़ कर आएंगे वे इसके योग्य नहीं होंगे। क्या यह नीति सही थी? झारखंड की राजकीय भाषा हिंदी है और सरकार ने हिंदी की जगह ऊर्दू को शामिल किया और हिंदी को हटा दिया, क्या यह सही है?

श्री मरांडी ने कहा कि झारखंड सरकार जो भी नियोजन नीति बनाने से पूर्व क्या सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाई थी? आज वे युवाओं के गुस्से को शांत करने के लिए राजभवन का साथ मांग रहे हैं. सवाल उठता है कि हाईकोर्ट ने ये पूछा कि आपने भाषाओं के लिए जब सर्वे नहीं कराया तो फिर हिंदी के बदले ऊर्दू को कैसे शामिल कर दिया. हाईकोर्ट के तर्क को आप सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कैसे चुनौती देंगे? जिन निर्णयों पर कोर्ट की आपत्ति है उसका जवाब आप कैसे देंगे? उन्होंने कहा कि राज्यहित में नियोजन नीति बनाने की बदले आपने भाषाई स्तर विवाद को बढ़ा दिया है. सरकार के लिए युवा वर्ग को समझाना मुश्किल हो गया है. इसलिए राज्य सरकार को इस पर जिद छोड़ देनी चाहिए और नौजवानों के भविष्य से खिलवाड़ करने से बाज आना चाहिए.

सर्वमान्य नियोजन नीति बनाने की पहल करे

उन्होंने कहा कि हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी को छोड़ ऊर्दू को प्राथमिकता देना किसी के गले नहीं उतर रहा है. झारखंड के लोग अब सड़क पर उतर चुके हैं। स्थानीय और नियोजन नीति एवं ओबीसी के 27 प्रतिशत आरक्षण को नौवीं शेड्यूल में डालने के लिए राजभवन जाने से कुछ नहीं होगा. इस मामले में हाईकोर्ट के सवाल का जवाब देने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी सरकार को राहत मिलने की उम्मीद नहीं है. श्री मरांडी ने कहा कि पार्टी की ओर से और मेरा सरकार से आग्रह है कि झारखंड के बच्चों को गुमराह नहीं करें. स्थानीय और नियोजन नीति तय करने का काम राज्य सरकार का होता है। राज्य सरकार अपनी जिम्मेदारियों से भाग नहीं सकती है और दूसरों के कंधों पर फेंक नहीं सकती। इसलिए सरकार से कहूंगा कि वह बिना विलंब किए अब यहीं पर बैठकर निर्णय करे। सरकार विपक्ष को विश्वास में लेकर एक सर्वमान्य नियोजन नीति बनाने की पहल करे.

रांची: झारखण्ड सरकार की समन्वय समिति के सदस्य एवं झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की ने कहा है कि  बेड़ो के करमचंद भगत महाविद्यालय द्वारा कॉलेज भवन से मुख्य मार्ग तक उपयोग में लायी जा रही रैयतों की 44 डिसमिल ज़मीन शीघ्र ही अधिग्रहित की जायेगी. उन्होंने कहा कि इसके साथ ही अधिग्रहित जमीन के मालिकों को शीघ्र ही 1 लाख 25 हजार रूपये की दर से मुआवजा राशि का भुगतान किया जायेगा. श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि रांची विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति की अध्यक्षता में करमचंद भगत महाविद्यालय बेड़ो की ज्वलंत समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए आयोजित बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया.

तृतीय-चतुर्थ वर्गीय पदों पर नियुक्ति दी जाएगी

श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि बैठक में कॉलेज की महत्वपूर्ण समस्याओं पर गंभीरतापूर्वक विचार किया गया. इस मामले में यह महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिया गया कि अगले वर्ष 20 जनवरी तक महाविद्यालय की उन सभी ज्वलंत समस्याओं का समाधान कर दिया जायेगा, जिसकी जरूरत लंबे समय से महसूस की जा रही है. इसके तहत निजी रैयतों की ज़मीन के अधिग्रहण के अलावा कॉलेज के भवन निर्माण के लिए अधिग्रहित भूमि के भूस्वामियों की जांच के उपरांत उनके आश्रितों को योग्यता के आधार पर तृतीय एवं चतुर्थ वर्गीय पदों पर नियुक्ति प्रदान की जायेगी.

अभिभावकों की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक जल्द बुलाई जाएगी

बैठक में फैसला लिया गया कि महाविद्यालय के संदर्भ में अभिभावकों की एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक जल्द ही आयोजित की जायेगी. श्री तिर्की के अनुसार बैठक में महाविद्यालय परिसर के साथ ही विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन के साथ सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण हर हाल में कायम रखने का निर्णय लिया गया. इसके अलावा अगले तीन महीने के अंदर वार्षिक खेलकूद समारोह के आयोजन का निर्णय लिया गया. श्री तिर्की ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि इन महत्वपूर्ण निर्णयों के अनुपालन से एक ओर कॉलेज में लंबे समय से महसूस की जा रही आवश्यकताओं को पूरा किया जायेगा वहीं दूसरी ओर इसका सकारात्मक प्रभाव पूरे महाविद्यालय के छात्र-छात्राओं, शिक्षक-शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मचारियों एवं पूरे क्षेत्र पर पड़ेगा.

रांचीः झारखंड हाईकोर्ट से नियोजन नीति रद्द होने पर सदन से लेकर सड़क तक हंगामा शुरू हो चुका है. हेमंत सरकार इस मामले में पूरी तरह से उलझती जा रही है. मंगलवार को सदन में नियोजन नीति को लेकर विपक्ष ने सरकार को घेरा. मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन विपक्ष को शांत करने में विफल रहे. इधर, यूपीए प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने राज्यपाल से मिलकर यह मांग की है कि दोनों विधेयकों को जल्द से जल्द नौंवी अनुसूची में शामिल कराने के लिए केंद्र सरकार को भेजने का काम किया जाये, ताकि झारखंड के युवाओं, आदिवासी मूलवासियों को उनका हक व अधिकार मिल सके। सीएम ने कहा कि 1932 आधारित खतियान और ओबीसी आरक्षण को लेकर भाजपा को छोड़ बाकी सभी राजनीतिक दल हमारे साथ हैं। भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष दीपक प्रकाश ने राजभवन नहीं जाने के कारणों से संबंधित एक पत्र सीएम को लिखा है.

युवाओं को अधिकार दिलाने के लिए कटिबद्ध है सरकार

यह बातें आज राजभवन से निकलने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने मीडिया को संबोधित करते हुए कही। सीएम के नेतृत्व में यूपीए का प्रतिनिधिमंडल आज राजभवन पहुंचा था। इसके बाद सदन के बाहर मीडिया से मुखातिब होते हुए सीएम ने कहा कि झारखंड के युवाओं को उनका हक व अधिकार दिलाने के लिए पहले भी कई बार नीतियां बनी हैं, लेकिन हर बार हाईकोर्ट ने नीतियों को रद्द कर दिया है। इस बार भी हमने ऐसा प्रयास किया, लेकिन इस बार भी ऐसा ही हुआ। उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे पहले से आभास था कि कुछ ऐसी शक्तियां झारखंड के आदिवासी-मूलवासी के अधिकारों को रोकने का काम करेंगी। सीएम ने कहा कि आपको आश्चर्य होगा कि जिन लोगों ने आपत्ति दर्ज कराई है, उसमें 20 लोगों में से एक को छोड़कर बाकी सभी दूसरे राज्य के हैं। इस विधेयक को हमने 9वीं अनूसूची में डालने का आग्रह किया है, ताकि इस राज्य के लोगों का भविष्य सुरक्षित हो सके।

दोनों विधेयकों पर राज्यपाल विचार करेंगे

सीएम ने आगे कहा कि अभी ये चीजें यहीं पर नहीं रुकेगी। हमारा प्रयास है कि आपको आपका अधिकार मिले। इस नियोजन नीति के तहत 7 लाख से अधिक बच्चों ने आवेदन किया था। वो बच्चे काफी निराश है। हम उनके प्रति काफी गंभीर हैं। कोई ना कोई वैकल्पिक तरीका निकाला जा रहा है। वे नियोजन नीति को लेकर किसी प्रकार की चिंता नहीं करें। सरकार ने आज राज्यपाल से मिलकर इस बात को रखा है कि नियोजन नीति में किसी भी तरह का उल्लंघन नहीं किया गया. हेमंत सोरेन ने कहा कि मुलाकात के दौरान राज्यपाल ने आश्वस्त किया है कि दोनों विधेयकों पर वे गंभीरतापूर्वक विचार कर रहे हैं। राज्यपाल कबतक विचार करेंगे,यह अभी स्पष्ट नहीं है.

Remembering Ram Prasad Bismil on his death anniversary

Ram Prasad Bismil was a prominent Indian independence activist and revolutionary who played a significant role in the country’s struggle for freedom from British rule. Born in 1897 in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Bismil was deeply influenced by the ideals of the Indian independence movement and the writings of Swami Vivekananda and Mahatma Gandhi.

Bismil’s involvement in the freedom struggle began at a young age, and he quickly rose to become a leader among the revolutionaries fighting for India’s independence. In 1913, he joined the Arya Samaj, a Hindu reform movement that played a crucial role in the independence movement. Bismil also became a member of the Hindustan Republican Association (HRA), a revolutionary organization that aimed to overthrow British rule in India through armed struggle.

One of Bismil’s most famous contributions to the independence movement was his role in the Kakori train robbery of 1925. The HRA planned and executed the robbery as a means of raising funds for their revolutionary activities, and Bismil played a key role in the planning and execution of the robbery. The robbery was a major blow to the British authorities and became a symbol of resistance against colonial rule.

In addition to his involvement in revolutionary activities, Bismil was also a talented writer and poet. He wrote several articles and poems that were published in various magazines and newspapers, and his writings were widely read and admired by his contemporaries. Bismil’s most famous poem, “Sarfaroshi ki Tamanna,” became an anthem for the independence movement and is still remembered and celebrated today.

Bismil was arrested and imprisoned for his involvement in the Kakori train robbery and other revolutionary activities. He was sentenced to death in 1927 and was hanged on December 19 of that year. Despite his early death, Bismil’s legacy as a freedom fighter and revolutionary continues to inspire people in India and around the world. He is remembered as a hero and a symbol of resistance against colonial rule, and his writings and poetry continue to be celebrated as works of art and literature

Pratibha Devisingh Patil is an Indian politician who served as the President of India from 2007 to 2012. She was the first woman to hold this position, and her tenure was marked by a number of significant events and initiatives.

One of Patil’s major initiatives was the establishment of the Pratibha Mahila Bank, a public sector bank that is dedicated to the economic empowerment of women. She also supported the creation of the National Mission for Empowerment of Women, which aims to ensure that women have equal access to opportunities and resources.

In addition to her work on domestic issues, Patil also played an important role in strengthening India’s international relations. She made several official visits to other countries and worked to enhance cooperation with other nations on a range of issues, including trade, climate change, and regional security.

Overall, Patil’s presidency was marked by a commitment to social justice and the promotion of the welfare of all citizens. After completing her term in 2012, she returned to private life and remains an influential figure in Indian politics.
