डकरा, 07 जनवरी : झारखंड पब्लिक स्कूल मोहननगर में विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक अभिषेक कुमार चौहान की माता स्वर्गीय राजो देवी की 14 वीं पुण्यतिथि एक सादे समारोह का आयोजन कर मनाई गई। उपस्थित लोगों के द्वारा स्वo राजो देवी के चित्र पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित कर श्रद्धांजलि दी गई। मौके पर बताया गया कि विद्यालय इन्हीं के नाम के ट्रस्ट श्रीमति राजो देवी सोशल एण्ड एजुकेशनल ट्रस्ट के द्वारा संचालित है। राजो देवी एक अनपढ़ कामकाजी महिला थीं, वे हमेशा भूखों, असहाय एवं अर्थिक रूप से पिछड़े लोगों को अपने द्वार पर आ जाने पर बेझिझक मदद करती थीं। उन्होंने झारखंड पब्लिक स्कूल के माध्यम से निर्धन बच्चों की शिक्षा की व्यवस्था कराने का एक सफल प्रयास भी किया जो आज रंग ला रही है। वर्तमान में ट्रस्ट ब्लड डोनेशन कैम्प एवं निर्धन बच्चों की मुफ्त शिक्षा पर भी काम कर रहा है। वहीं भविष्य में विद्यालय के संस्थापक जागीन चौहान एवं ट्रस्ट के संरक्षक संजय चौहान की योजना है कि स्वर्गीय राजो देवी के सपनों को और भी विभिन्न सामाजिक कार्यों के माध्यम से पूरा किया जाय। इस दौरान विद्यालय के प्रधानाध्यापक अभिषेक कुमार चौहान ने बच्चों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि विद्यालय हमेशा निर्धन एवं पिछड़े समाज के बच्चों को मुफ्त शिक्षा की व्यवस्था कर उन्हें समाज की अगली पंक्ति में लाने का काम करेगी। मौके पर ट्रस्ट की सचिव ज्योति चौहान, कोषाध्यक्ष किरण देवी, सदस्य अमित चौहान, विद्यालय के शिक्षक रमेश महतो, राजेश कुमार, मनोज कुमार, महेंद्र चौहान, शिक्षिका फरीदा खातून, नाज़िया परवीन, साजिया परवीन, आरती सिंह, गीता देवी, संजना, श्रीवास्तव, रेणु कुमारी आदि उपस्थित थें।
