चाहे जो हो जाए…योगीटांड़ में महिला कॉलेज और सिविल कोर्ट शिफ्ट नहीं होने देंगे : अवधेश सिंह

गिरिडीह : “आर.के. महिला कॉलेज एवं सिविल कोर्ट के स्थान परिवर्तन विरोधी समिति गिरिडीह” की एक बैठक शनिवार को अधिवक्ता अवधेश कुमार सिंह की अध्यक्षता में झंडा मैदान में हुई। बैठक में जनहित के लिए संघर्ष करनेवाले गिरिडीह जिला के प्रबुद्ध नागरिक शामिल हुए। बैठक में तीन सदस्यीय एडहॉक कमिटी का गठन किया गया, जिसमें सर्वसम्मति से संचित कुमार गुप्ता को अध्यक्ष,  श्रीमती अन्ना मुर्मू को उपाध्यक्ष एवं जोगेश्वर ठाकुर को सचिव के रूप में चयन किया गया।

सीसीएल के भू-धसान इलाके में हर समय खतरा बना रहेगा  

चयनित पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि पूरी ईमानदारी से मेहनत करूंगा और कॉलेज एवं कोर्ट को अन्यत्र ले जाने के विरोध में गिरिडीह की सड़कों पर जनसैलाब उतार दूंगा। जनप्रतिनिधि का चोला ओढ़े जमीन माफिया और निकम्मा विपक्ष अपने निजी स्वार्थ के चलते गिरिडीह शहर को वीरान कर देना चाहते हैं. उनके नापाक मंसूबे को हम कामयाब नहीं होने देंगे। योगीटांड़ की जिस जमीन पर कोर्ट और कॉलेज को शिफ्ट करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है, वह जमीन सीसीएल की है, जो कभी भी जमींदोज हो सकता है. उन इलाकों में पहले भी भू-धसान की कई घटनाएं घट चुकी हैं. महिला कॉलेज को अगर वर्तमान स्थल न्यू बरगंडा से योगीटांड़ शिफ्ट किया जाता है तो, गरीब परिवार पर ना सिर्फ प्रतिदिन रिक्शा भाड़ा का अतिरिक्त बोझ पड़ेगा, बल्कि छात्राओं के परिवार के लोगों अतिरिक्त बोझ पड़ेगा. बेटी की चिंता में परिवार किसी अनिष्ट की आशंका से भयभीत रहेंगे. कोर्ट के आसपास सैकड़ों दुकानदारों की रोजी-रोटी छीन जाएगी. वहीं दूसरी ओर कोर्ट आने वाले वकील और मुवक्किल की भी परेशानी बढ़ेगी.

कमिटी की अगली बैठक 24 जून को होगी

उन्होंने कहा कि कोर्ट, कॉलेज और अन्य संस्थान होने की वजह से ही बहुत सारे लोगों ने गिरिडीह में अपना आशियाना बनाया और व्यावसायिक संस्थान खोले. समाहरणालय पपरवाटांड़ ले जाकर पहले ही गिरिडीह के लोगों को काफी पीड़ा पहुंची है। बैठक में लोगों को जागरूक करने एवं आंदोलन के लिए कोष संग्रह के लिए बुधवार से जनसंपर्क अभियान चलाने एवं कमिटी के विस्तार के लिए आगामी 24 जून को 10  बजे झंडा मैदान में बैठक रखने का निर्णय लिया गया। बैठक में मुख्य रूप से विजय कुमार, नबी अंसारी, घनश्याम पंडित, देवचंद्र यादव, गंगाधर यादव, संतोष बास्के, अनिता बासके सहित कई समाजसेवी उपस्थित थे।
