गिरिडीह में कांग्रेसियों ने विश्व आदिवासी दिवस को आदिवासी गौरव पर्व के रूप में मनाया

गिरिडीह : विश्व आदिवासी दिवस के अवसर पर गिरिडीह प्रखंड के जंगलपुर में बुधवार को जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी द्वारा आयोजित कार्यक्रम में आदिवासी गौरव पर्व मनाया गया. इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए बतौर मुख्य अतिथि जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष सतीश केडिया ने कहा कि आज संपूर्ण भारत में आजादी की लड़ाई लड़ने में या महाजनी प्रथा के खिलाफ लड़ने में वीर आदिवासी योद्धाओं जैसे बाबा तिलका मांजी धरती आबा भगवान बिरसा मुंडा फूलो-जानू, वीर सिद्धू-कानू जैसे अमर बलिदानी का जो योगदान रहा यह बेहद अफसोस की बात है कि उनके बलिदान की गाथाएं उस तरीके से नहीं गाई गई जैसी होनी चाहिए थी. आज पूरी कांग्रेस पार्टी हमेशा की तरह आदिवासियों दलितों के सम्मान की रक्षा के लिए खड़ी है.

कांग्रेस हमेशा से आदिवासी व दलितों की सच्ची हितैषी रही है : नरेश वर्मा

 इस अवसर पर झारखंड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के सचिव नरेश वर्मा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस हमेशा से आदिवासी भाइयों-दलितों की सच्ची हितैषी रही है. इसने सदा ही आजादी के वक्त से ही इन भाइयों के हितों के लिए काम किया है और आगे भी हमेशा तत्पर रहेगी आज आदिवासी गौरव पर्व पर इनको सम्मानित करते हुए अपने आप को बहुत गौरव महसूस हो रहा है. जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी के उपाध्यक्ष अशोक विश्वकर्मा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी ने ही हमारे आदिवासी भाइयों के लिए वनाअधिकार अधिनियम लाकर सैकड़ों वर्षों से जंगलों में रह रहे आदिवासी भाइयों के लिए पट्टा देने का काम किया. महिला कांग्रेस कमेटी की अध्यक्ष दुर्गा शर्मा ने कहा कि क्या जिस तरह से मणिपुर हो या मध्य प्रदेश संपूर्ण भारत में आदिवासी महिलाओं के साथ अत्याचार हो रहा है. इसे कांग्रेस पार्टी कभी भी बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगी. हमारे नेता राहुल गांधी दिन-रात इनकी रक्षा के लिए तत्पर है. कार्यक्रम के आखिर में आदिवासी समुदाय के आम जनों के बीच वस्त्र एवं मिठाई का वितरण सम्मानस्वरूप किया गया. इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से महिला कांग्रेस की रोशनीटा हेंब्रम किरण, हेंब्रम युवा कांग्रेस के यस सिन्हा सहित सैकड़ों ग्रामीण महिला-पुरुष बच्चे उपस्थित थे।
