  • The Railways have unveiled a new livery for the Vande Bharat Express train with a saffron and grey colour scheme as its motif. After visiting the Integral Coach Factory in Chennai, Union Minister of Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw shared pictures of the train sporting its new colour scheme.
  • The front of the locomotive is painted saffron and while, while its back is painted the same colour as the coaches, in contrast to the saffron and grey used for the train’s coaches. Other design components, such as the Indian Railways emblem below the locomotive’s windscreen and the Vande Bharat Express branding on the side, are identical to those on the current blue and white-themed trains.
