28 political parties will attend today’s INDIA alliance large meeting in Mumbai.

On Thursday, August 31, leaders of the opposition INDIA coalition will gather in Mumbai for a two-day conference. A number of committees have been formed by the Maha Vikas Aghadi, which consists of the Shiv Sena (UBT), Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), and Congress, to plan different parts of the opposition coalition’s conference.

The third INDIA alliance conference will take place on August 31 and September 1 and will feature 63 delegates from 28 political parties, said to NCP chairman Sharad Pawar on Wednesday. The first meeting of the INDIA bloc was held in Patna in June, while the second one was held in Bengaluru in the middle of July. The alliance’s name, Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA), was decided upon at the Bengaluru conference.

Nana Patole, the head of the Maharashtra Congress, stated on Wednesday that seat distribution in INDIA will be based on the performance of the parties in various states. In subsequent sessions, this will be discussed, according to Nana Patole.

On Tuesday evening, Tejashwi Yadav, the deputy chief minister of Bihar, and his father, Lalu Prasad Yadav, the leader of the RJD, arrived in Mumbai. A Mumbai Congress leader stated that leaders from southern states should arrive in Mumbai by Wednesday night.

In order to defeat the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), which is led by PM Modi’s Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and prevent it from winning a third consecutive term at the center in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the opposition parties have banded together.

Uddhav Thackeray, the leader of the Shiv Sena (UBT), declared that all supporters of India have banded together.  “Everyone who loves the country is here. To save Bharat Mata, we are here. Political ploys and autocratic rule are things we oppose. The Center will begin providing gas cylinders gratis as the INDIA bloc moves forward. The Center itself uses gas to operate. Our Constitution must be protected from the forces of tyranny, he declared.

D Raja, a leader of the CPI, also arrived in Mumbai and declared that the country must be saved by toppling the BJP.  “Since we’ve had enough discussion about the concerns, it will be a step forward. The next item on the agenda, in my opinion, will be to develop our programs and interact with the public.

The BJP has to be deposed in the upcoming elections. The BJP must be ousted if we are to have any chance of saving the country and its future, he said. Taking aim at the INDIA alliance, Union Minister Arjun Munda claimed that this coalition is devoting its energies to planning ways to destabilize the nation.

In response to Priyanka Kakkar, the national spokesperson for the AAP, saying that Kejriwal might make a great prime minister for the country, Atishi remarked, “This might be the chief spokesperson’s personal opinion. However, Arvind Kejriwal has no stake in the election for prime minister. The INDIA coalition includes AAP because India needs to be saved right now. “The nation, its government, and its democracy must be preserved. I therefore declare that Arvind Kejriwal is not running for prime minister,” she continued.
