खलारी और मैक्लुस्कीगंज में शिक्षा-स्वास्थ्य जैसे आधारभूत संरचनाओं पर ध्यान दे राज्य सरकार : बंधु तिर्की

आजादी के 75 साल बाद भी मैक्लुस्कीगंज एवं खलारी क्षेत्र में डिग्री और बीएड कॉलेज तक का नहीं होना दुर्भाग्य की बात

खलारी, 24 सितम्बर : पूर्व मंत्री, झारखण्ड सरकार की समन्वय समिति के सदस्य और झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की ने राज्य सरकार से कहा है कि वह राजधानी से केवल 65-70 किलोमीटर दूर रांची जिले में ही अवस्थित खलारी और मैक्लुस्कीगंज में शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य जैसे आधारभूत संरचनाओं के विकास पर अपना ध्यान केंद्रित करे। श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि स्वतंत्रता के 75 साल बाद भी पर्यटन एवं उद्योग के दृष्टिकोण से बेहद महत्वपूर्ण इस क्षेत्र में डिग्री कॉलेज, बीएड और नर्सिंग कॉलेज तक का नहीं होना अफसोस की बात है। श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य के मामले में भी इस क्षेत्र की स्थिति निराशाजनक है और सरकार को इस मामले को बेहद गंभीरता से लेने की जरूरत है।

मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन को भेजे गये पत्र में वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा कि मैक्लुस्कीगंज एक एंग्लो इंडियन गाँव है जिसकी प्रसिद्धि भारत की सीमा से बाहर विदेशों तक है। उन्होंने कहा ना न केवल पर्यटन या उद्योग बल्कि ब्रिटिश शासन काल में इस क्षेत्र ने जिस-जिस पड़ाव से गुजरते हुए जैसे घटनाक्रमों को देखा है और जैसी करवटें ली है उसे संजीवनी की जरूरत है क्योंकि इससे न केवल झारखण्ड में पर्यटन का विकास होगा बल्कि इस क्षेत्र के लोगों की बहुप्रतिक्षित माँग भी पूरी होगी साथ ही विकास के नये दरवाजे खुलेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे राज्य सरकार के राजस्व में भी वृद्धि होगी। श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि खलारी भी कोयला खदान क्षेत्र है और झारखण्ड का यह सम्पूर्ण भूभाग विकास के बेहतर पैमाने पर ख़रा उतरने का अधिकार और आकांक्षा रखता है। श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि राजधानी रांची से इस संपूर्ण क्षेत्र की दूरी मात्र 65-70 किलोमीटर ही है लेकिन आज यहाँ की स्थिति इतनी बदहाल है कि कॉलेज के अभाव में यहाँ की छात्राओं को मांडर और रांची तक जाना पड़ता है और आवागमन की असुविधा के कारण उनमें असुरक्षा की भावना व्याप्त है।

कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा कि यदि खलारी और मैक्लुस्कीगंज में डिग्री कॉलेज, नर्सिंग कॉलेज, बीएड कॉलेज आदि की स्थापना की जाये तो यह भरोसा किया जा सकता है कि आगामी कुछेक वर्षों में इस समूचे क्षेत्र का समन्वित और संतुलित विकास होगा।  उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री से अपील की है कि यहाँ के सरकारी अस्पताल में अपेक्षित सुविधाओं के साथ-साथ और अधिक संसाधन भी उपलब्ध करवाया जाये।
