डीएवी खलारी में एक दिवसीय शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का आयोजन

खलारी। डीएवी पब्लिक स्कूल खलारी में सीबीएसई उत्कृष्टता केंद्र- पटना के द्वारा ‘स्कूलों में जेंडर सेंसिटिविटी’ विषय पर एक दिवसीय  शिक्षक संवर्धन कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यशाला में डीएवी स्कूल खलारी के शिक्षकों के साथ-साथ सीबीएसई द्वारा झारखंड और बिहार के स्कूलों के पंजीकृत शिक्षकों ने भाग लिया। सीबीएसई पटना से रिसोर्स पर्सन के रूप में  अनूप कुमार डे, होली क्रॉस पब्लिक स्कूल रांची और श्वेता पुरकायस्थ प्रीमिया ऋषिकेश मेमोरियल पब्लिक स्कूल, भेल्टांड, धनबाद आए हुए थे। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ विद्यालय के प्राचार्य डॉ. कमलेश कुमार के साथ संसाधक अनूप कुमार डे एवं श्वेता पुरकायस्थ के द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित करके किया गया। इसके बाद विद्यालय के बच्चों द्वारा स्वागत गीत प्रस्तुत किया गया। प्राचार्य महोदय ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि हमें अपने जीवन में करके सीखने पर बल देना चाहिए। हालांकि इस दौरान गलतियाँ होनी स्वाभाविक हैं। उन्होंने लैंगिक संवेदनशीलता पर एक उदाहरण देकर बताया कि खेल के दौरान जब बारिश होती है तो खेल शिक्षक विशेष रूप से बालिकाओं को बोलते है कि धीरे जाओ, दौड़ो मत जबकि वो बालकों को ये बात नहीं बोलते हैं। यह एक प्रकार की लैंगिक संवेदनशीलता ही है। आगे चलकर प्राचार्य महोदय के द्वारा दोनों प्रशिक्षकों को गुलदस्ता भेंट करके स्वागत किया गया।

प्रशिक्षकों द्वारा सबसे पहले सभी शिक्षकों के परिचय के साथ कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत करते हुए विद्यालय में छात्र और छात्राओं में लिंग के आधार पर परस्पर होने वाले भेदभाव के प्रति सभी शिक्षकों को सचेत किया। उन्होंने इस दौरान घर और समाज में बच्चों में लिंग के आधार पर किए जाने वाले भेदभाव से भी सभी शिक्षकों को अवगत कराया। इस विषय पर बोलते हुए  स्वेता पुरकायस्थ ने कहा कि विद्यालय में बिना किसी भेदभाव के ट्रांसजेंडर शिक्षकों एवं अन्य कर्मचारियों को भी नियुक्त किया जाना चाहिए ताकि बच्चे भी आगे जाकर इसके आदि हो जाएँ और उनमें किसी प्रकार का कोई पूर्वाग्रह नहीं रहे। रिसोर्स पर्सन के रूप में बोलते हुए अनूप कुमार डे ने बताया कि हमारे समाज में माता-पिता के द्वारा बच्चों के परवरिश में भेदभाव देखने को मिलता है। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षक होने के नाते हमारी जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि हम लिंग के आधार पर होने वाले इस भेदभाव को दूर करने के प्रयास करें। केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड का उद्देश्य भी यही है ताकि छात्र-छात्राओं और ट्रांसजेंडर को उन्नति के समान अवसर मिलें । कार्यशाला के अंत में विद्यालय के प्राचार्य ने दोनों संसाधकों को शॉल ओढ़ाकर सम्मानित किया। विद्यालय के सुपरवाइजरी हेड कंचन सिंह ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया। शांति पाठ के साथ इस कार्यशाला का समापन हो गया।
