खलारी। अच्छा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य न केवल व्यक्ति के व्यक्तिगत जीवन के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है, बल्कि उसका समाज और देश के लिए भी बड़ा असर होता है। उक्त बातें डीएवी कोऑपरेटिव पब्लिक स्कूल खलारी के प्रधानाचार्य डॉ कमलेश कुमार ने ब्रह्माकुमारी भाई-बहनों से वर्ल्ड मेंटल हेल्थ डे के अवसर एक औपचारिक मुलाकात के दौरान कही। उन्होंने कहा कि हर वर्ष 10 अक्टूबर को वर्ल्ड मेंटल हेल्थ डे मनाने का मकसद लोगों को जागरूक करना है। उन्होंने कहा कि कई देशों के स्कूल-कॉलेज में स्टूडेंट्स की वीकली या महीने में एक बार काउंसलिंग की जाती है ताकि उनके मानसिक हेल्थ के बारे में पता लगाया जा सकें। वही सुभाष नगर डकरा ब्रह्माकुमारी गीता पाठशाला के नियमित बीके प्रीति बहन के बताया कि मानसिक शांति को सुख और सफलता का आधार बनाने के लिए व्यक्ति को मेडिटेशन अभ्यास के साथ आत्म-समर्पण, सकारात्मक सोच और सामाजिक सुदृढ़ता बनाए रखना आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कहा कि व्यक्ति को अपने लक्ष्य और परिवार, मित्र व समुदाय के साथ अच्छे संबंध विकसित होने से उनका मानसिक सुख बढ़ता है। सुख, शांति और सफलता हमारे जीवन के महत्वपूर्ण पहलू हैं जिन्हें प्राप्त करने के लिए हमें विशेष खुद पर ध्यान देना चाहिए। ये सब एक स्वस्थ और मजबूत, सकारात्मक स्थिरता और आत्मविश्वास का सामना करने की क्षमता के साथ आते हैं। इसलिए सबसे पहले मानसिक स्वास्थ्य का ध्यान रखना बेहद जरूरी है। वही मुलाकात के दौरान प्रधानाचार्य को ईश्वरीय सौगात भेट किया गया। मौके पर रामधनी भाई, पिंकी बहन, टिंकी बहन मौजूद थे।
