खलारी सीओ ने केडी मुख्य बाजार पथ से 24 घण्टे के अंदर अतिक्रमण हटाने का दिया निर्देश

खलारी। प्रखंड कार्यालय सभागार में मंगलवार को केडी मुख्य बाजार सड़क के फुटपाथ पर अस्थाई अतिक्रमण को लेकर बैठक हुई। जिसकी अध्यक्षता खलारी अंचल अधिकारी एसपी आर्य ने की। बैठक में प्रशासन, पुलिस, जनप्रतिनिधि और व्यवसाय संघ के अध्यक्ष, सचिव, संयोजक एवं सदस्य उपस्थित थे। बैठक में केडी बाजार स्थित मुख्य सड़क के फुटपाथ पर अस्थाई अतिक्रमण को लेकर विशेष चर्चा किया गया। चर्चा के दौरान सीओ एसपी आर्य ने व्यवसाय संघ के सदस्यों से कहा कि सड़क का फुटपाथ आम लोगों के चलने के लिए होता है, ना कि उस जगह पर कब्जा जमाकर अपना समान रखने के लिए। उन्होंने कहा कि खलारी के मुख्य बाजारों में सड़क के फुटपाथ पर दुकानदारों का स्थाई और अस्थाई अतिक्रमण को सख्ती से हटाया जाएगा। वहीं श्री आर्य ने निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि केडी मुख्य बाजार पथ के फुटपाथ पर दुकानदारों द्वारा अपना समान और बिल्डींग निर्माण के लिए रखी गई सामग्री को 24 घंटो के अंदर हटा लिया जाए। साथ ही उन्होने निर्देश जारी करते हुए कहा कि 24 घंटे के बाद सड़क या फुटपाथ पर अतिक्रमण पाये जाने पर स्थानीय बुकबुका मुखिया द्वारा 6000 रूपये तक दण्ड आरोपित किये जायेंगे। साथ ही कहा कि दण्ड आरोपित के बाद भी अतिक्रमण करते है तो उसके बाद उनके समान को जब्त किया जायेगा। इसके साथ ही केडी बाजार में पेयजल के लिये दुसरा चापाकल लगाने,सीसीएल द्वारा मिले वाटर कुलर को लगाने, बाजार के लिये शौचालय बनवाने को लेकर भी चर्चा किया गया।बैठक में पुअनि संदीप कुमार, बुकबुका मुखिया पारसनाथ उरांव, पंसस धीरज कुमार बहादुर, व्यवसाय संघ अध्यक्ष शत्रुंजय सिंह, सचिव विष्णु गोयल, शंकर सिंह, विजय सोनी, मनोज कुमार सहित अन्य उपस्थित थे।
