समस्याओं से संबंधित कुल 1923 आवेदन आये, 1335 आवेदनों का तत्काल हुआ निष्पादन

डकरा। चुरी दक्षिणी पंचायत स्थित अम्बाटोंगरी विद्यालय में बुधवार को बीडीओ लेखराज नाग की अध्यक्षता में आपकी योजना आपकी सरकार आपके द्वार का आयोजन किया गया। मौके पर सीओ शिशुपाल आर्य भी उपस्थित थे। लगातार हो रहे बारिस के बावजुद काफी संख्या में महिला-पुरूष ग्रामीण शिविर में विभिन्न योजनाओं से संबंधित विभागों के द्वारा लगाए गए स्टॉल के माध्यम से राज्य सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी योजनाओं की जानकारी लेकर आवेदन दिया। इसके साथ ही बीडीओ लेखराज नाग, अंचल अधिकारी शिशुपाल आर्य, पंचायत के मुखिया मलका मुण्डा,भ्रमणशील पशु चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ.प्रतिमा कुमारी,प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी विनय कुमार गुप्ता सहित उपस्थित अन्य अतिथियों ने संयुक्त रूप से लाभुकों के बीच परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण किया। वहीं कार्यक्रम में लोगों ने अपनी समस्याओं से संबंधित कुल 1923 आवेदन आये जिनमें से 1335 आवेदनों का निष्पादन तत्काल शिविर में ही कर दिया गया जबकि अन्य आवेदनों को आगे की कारवाई के लिए अग्रसारित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में 54 जाति व 56 आय प्रमाण पत्र लोगों को दिया गया। वहीं मनरेगा अंतर्गत 150 नए जॉब कार्ड का वितरण किया गया, 86 लोगों को श्रम कार्ड दिया गया, 15वें वित्त आयोग के तहत 42 नई योजनाएं स्वीकृत की गई। इसके अलावा 50 आयुष्मान कार्ड का वितरण हुआ। वहीं स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर में 45 लोगों के स्वास्थ्य की जांच की गई। इस दौरान 300 लोगो को कंबल, 512 लोगों को धोती, साड़ी का वितरण किया गया। इसके साथ ही सर्वजन पेंशन के लिए 20 अवदेन, निर्वाचन संबंधित 35 अवोदन, मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन योजना के लिए 08 आवेदन, सावित्री बाई फुले योजना के लिए 06 आवेदन, राशन कार्ड सुधार के लिए 54 आवेदन,आधार पंजियन 55 सहित अन्य विभागों के लिए भी लाभुकों ने आवेदन दिया गया। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य रूप से बीपीओ विनय कुमार गुप्ता, कृषि पदाधिकारी आदित्य नाथ झा,प्रखंड समन्वयक असित कुमार,कनीय अभियंता रमेश गुप्ता,रवि रंजन कुमार,प्रेमचंद मुर्मू,शिक्षा विभाग से मनोज कुमार मिश्रा,मनोज कुमार,पूनम कुमारी,महिला पर्यवेक्षिका सरिता लकड़ा,प्रखंड समन्वयक पेयजल स्वच्छता प्रमोद कुमार,प्रधान सहायक बहलु मुंडा,लिपिक आनंद प्रवीण तिग्गा,अजित कुमार सिन्हा,पंचायत सचिव पूषा मुंडा,ग्राम रोजगार सेवक,महबूब आलम,सुजीत कुमार,विश्वरंजन कुमार,कुणाल कुमार,सुधीर कुमार,लाममोहन राम,मणिलाल उरांव,बीपीएम जया कुमारी, किशोर कुमार,बिजली विभाग पप्पू,वन विभाग से सुनील एक्का, असफाक अंसारी,मोजेश डडेल,प्रज्ञा केंद्र भुगलू उरांव,मेडिकल टीम से डा पूजा सिंह,सुमित कुमार,पूनम कुमारी,अर्पणा उरांव,अरुण कुमार मुंडा, सूरज कुमार,नवीन कुमार,बसंत मुंडा,योगेश प्रसाद योगेश,विजय कुमार गुप्ता,सहित सभी विभागों के अधिकारी व कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।
