घाघरा प्रखंड के जिलिंगसिरा गांव के ग्रामीणों ने सड़क की मांग को लेकर मंगलवार को गुमला डीसी से मिलकर हस्ताक्षर युक्त आवेदन सौंपा। लिखित आवेदन में ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त को जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि आज़ादी के 70 साल बीत जाने के बाद भी हमारे गांव को जोड़ने वाली सड़क का अभी तक निर्माण नहीं हुआ है। जिससे आवागमन में काफी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है, आपातकाल परिस्थिति में भी एंबुलेंस या वहान गांव तक नहीं पहुंच पाता है। फल स्वरुप इसका परिणाम दुखित घटना के साथ हमें भुगतना पड़ता है।
उपायुक्त को जानकारी देते हुए ग्रामीणों ने यह भी कहा कि हम ग्रामवासी क्षेत्र के जनप्रतिनिधियों विधायक, सांसद, मंत्रियों एवं सड़क निर्माण मंत्रालय में कई बार गुहार लगाई हैं और सड़क से संबंधित तमाम तरह की समस्याओं से अवगत कराया है, बावजूद सड़क का निर्माण के लिए कुछ पहल नहीं किया गया है। यह हम जिलिंगसिरा ग्राम वासियों के लिए दुर्भाग्य की बात है। आवेदन के माध्यम से ग्रामीणों ने कठोर निर्णय लेते हुए कहा कि आगामी 2024 की लोकसभा चुनाव में वोट बहिष्कार करने की जनकारी दी है। अगर समय रहते सड़क का निर्माण नहीं की गई तो हमें कुछ भी करना पड़े उसके लिए हम सभी ग्रामीण तैयार हैं। लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए मत का प्रयोग नहीं करेंगे।
