उपायुक्त ने की विभिन्न विभागों अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की समीक्षा, दिए आवश्यक निर्देश

गुमला – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में समाहरणलय स्थित सभागार में विभिन्न विभागों अंर्तगत संचालित योजनाओं को लेकर संयुक्त समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन किया गया।

इस दौरान उन्होंने विभाग वार योजनाओं की समीक्षा की एवं आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। कृषि एवं कृषि विभाग अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं के क्रम में उन्होंने झारखण्ड कृषि ऋण माफी योजना,किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड,प्राथमिकता क्षेत्र ऋण,बीज एवं उर्वरकों की उपलब्धता,मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन योजना,मुख्यमंत्री सुखाड़ राहत एवं फसल राहत योजनाओं के भुगता आदि की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा की उन्होंने कृषि विभाग एवं बैंकर्स को आपसी समन्वय के साथ कार्य करते हुए किसानों को केसीसी एवं ऋण माफी योजना का लाभ देने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा की यह सरकार की जिम्मेदारी है कि किसानों को योजनाओं का लाभ मिल सके अतः किसानों को बार बार योजनाओं का लाभ लेने के लिए सरकारी कार्यालय का चक्कर न लगाना पड़े बल्कि कर्मी स्वयं फील्ड में जाकर किसानों को सहयोग करते हुए उन्हें योजनाओं का लाभ दें।

पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग अंतर्गत स्वच्छ भारत मिशन,चापाकल निर्माण योजना, जल जीवन मिशन आदि से संबंधित समीक्षा की उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सभी योग्य लाभुकों को पेयजल हेतु कनेक्शन प्रदान किया जाए एवं लंबित कार्यों को अविलंब पूर्ण करें ।

इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग अंतर्गत अस्पतालों की मरम्मती एवं जीर्णोद्धार, आयुष्मान कार्ड का निर्माण सहित अन्य मुख्य बिंदुओं की समीक्षा की।

इसके अतिरिक्त उन्होंने शिक्षा विभाग,15वें वित्त आयोग से कराये जा रहे भवन निर्माण की समीक्षा, वीर शहीद पोटो हो खेल विकास योजना,बिरसा सिंचाई कूप संवर्धन योजना,मनरेगा,जे0एस0एल0पी0एस00,प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना,बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना आदि की भी समीक्षा की।

अनुसूचित जनजाति, अनुसूचित जाति, अल्पसंख्यक एवं पिछड़ा वर्ग कल्याण विभाग की समीक्षा के क्रम में उन्होंने छात्रवृत्ति,आवासीय विद्यालय,जाहेर धान/सरना/मसना/कब्रिस्तान घेराबंदी योजना,धुमकुड़िया/माझी थान का निर्माण, वनाधिकार पट्टा, मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना, साइकिल वितरण योजना (विगत तीन वर्षों में प्राप्त एवं वितरित साइ‌किल की विवरणी), छात्रावासों का निर्माण (बहुमंजिली) एवं जीर्णोद्धार (भूमि उपलब्धता प्रतिवेदन सहित) योजना की समीक्षा की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि कोई भी जरूरतमंद योग्य लाभुक योजनाओं से वंचित न रहे इसका अधिकारी खास ध्यान रखें।

महिला, बाल विकास एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा विभाग अंतर्गत, पेंशन वितरण,आँगनबाड़ी भवनों का निर्माण,सावित्री बाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना सहित विभिन्न योजनाओं की उपायुक्त ने जानकारी ली एवं योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति से अवगत हुए। उन्होंने कार्य में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए।

ग्रामीण विकास विभाग अंर्तगत, अबुआ आवास योजना (योजना की भौतिक एवं वित्तीय प्रगति) की समीक्षा की गई।

इसके अलावा उपायुक्त ने उत्कृष्ट विद्यालय (School of Excellenco),मुख्यमंत्री ग्राम गाड़ी योजना,सिदो कान्हु क्लब,दाखिल-खारिज / नामांतरण आदि की भी अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। उक्त योजनाओं में से कुछ योजनाओं की समीक्षा उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर कुमार के द्वारा भी संयुक्त रूप से की गई एवं आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए।

उपायुक्त ने सभी योजनाओं की समीक्षा के क्रम में योजनाओं से छूटे हुए लाभुकों का भी प्रतिवेदन बनाने की बात कही, उन्होंने विभिन्न योजनाओं के प्रगति में विलम्ब होने के पीछे के कारणों को भी समझा एवं कार्यों में सुधार हेतु आवश्यक सलाह एवं निर्देश भी दिया।

इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से उप विकास आयुक्त, परियोजन निदेशक ITDA,एसडीओ गुमला, एसडीओ चैनपुर, एसडीओ बसिया, एलआरडीसी गुमला, एलआरडीसी चैनपुर,कार्यपालक अभियंता पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग, कार्यपालक अभियंता विद्युत विभाग, अपर सहायक मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, जिला सामाजिक सुरक्षा सहायक निदेशक, डीपीएम JSLPS,एलडीएम सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहें।
