निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप HLB गठन एवं दक्ष कर्मियों की तैनाती के निर्देश
गुमला : – गुमला जिला में भारत की जनगणना 2027 के तहत अब तक किए गए कार्यों की समीक्षा को लेकर समाहरणालय में अपर समाहर्ता सह जिला जनगणना पदाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई।
बैठक के दौरान अपर समाहर्ता सह जिला जनगणना पदाधिकारी द्वारा जनगणना से संबंधित विभिन्न तैयारियों की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि जनगणना मकान अनुसूची (House Listing) कार्य के लिए चार्ज स्तर पर समन्वयक स्थापित करते हुए निर्धारित मानदंडों के अनुरूप HLB (हाउस लिस्टिंग ब्लॉक) का गठन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि HLB के गठन के दौरान क्षेत्र की भौगोलिक स्थिति एवं सुगमता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए, ताकि जनगणना कार्य सुचारू रूप से संपन्न हो सके। साथ ही उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि इस कार्य में लगाए जाने वाले प्रगणक (Enumerator) एवं पर्यवेक्षक (Supervisor) के रूप में दक्ष एवं जिम्मेदार कर्मियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति की जाए।
अपर समाहर्ता ने यह भी निर्देश दिया कि सभी पर्यवेक्षक एवं प्रगणक मोबाइल संचालन में दक्ष हों, ताकि जनगणना से संबंधित डिजिटल प्रक्रिया का संचालन प्रभावी ढंग से किया जा सके। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को भारत की जनगणना 2027 के कार्यों को निर्धारित समयसीमा के भीतर पूर्ण करने के लिए समन्वय के साथ कार्य करने का निर्देश दिया।
बैठक में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी बसिया, जिला सांख्यिकी पदाधिकारी तथा जिला जनगणना कोषांग के सभी कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
