बॉक्साइट माइन्स में माइनिंग एक्ट का खुलेआम उल्लंघन, रैयत मजदूर समिति ने किया विरोध

गुमला: गुमला जिला अंतर्गत बॉक्साइट माइन्स में माइनिंग एक्ट का खुलेआम उल्लंघन हो रहा है। इस संबंध में रैयत मजदूर समिति गुमला व लोहरदगा की संयुक्त बैठक बिशुनपुर ब्लॉक के समक्ष समिति के अध्यक्ष प्रकाश उरांव की अध्यक्षता में संपन्न हुई।

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित झारखंड नवनिर्माण दल के केंद्रीय संयोजक विजय सिंह ने कहा कि बॉक्साइट माइन्स लीजधारी माइनिंग एक्ट का उल्लंघन कर रहे हैं। सीएसआर के तहत माइंस क्षेत्र में काम नहीं होने से माइंस संचालन के 50 साल बाद भी स्थानीय लोग स्कूल, अस्पताल, पेयजल, सड़क, रोजगार, सिंचाई जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं से वंचित हैं। स्थानीय सांसद-विधायक इस मामले में चुप्पी साधे हुए हैं।

सिंह ने बताया कि बॉक्साइट का अवैध खनन रैयत्ती जमीन और वन क्षेत्र में बेरोकटोक किया जा रहा है। अवैध उत्खनन रोकने के लिए बनी स्पेशल टास्क फोर्स केवल कागजों पर ही सिमट गई है। इसे बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने माइंस क्षेत्र के रैयत और मजदूरों को बड़ी संख्या में एकत्रित करते हुए आंदोलन करने की तैयारी करने का आह्वान किया। भगत सिंह जयंती के अवसर पर 28 सितंबर 2024 को रांची में आयोजित झारखंड बचाओ महारैली में सैकड़ों की संख्या में भाग लेने की अपील भी की गई।

समिति के अध्यक्ष प्रकाश उरांव ने कहा कि सरकार और प्रशासन की लापरवाही के कारण बॉक्साइट माइन्स क्षेत्र के जंगल और आदिवासियों का शोषण हो रहा है। उन्होंने जोरदार आंदोलन शुरू करने की बात कही। बैठक में 26 जून 2024 को जिला मुख्यालय गुमला में आयोजित चेतावनी धरना कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने की अपील की गई।

बैठक में लोहरदगा निवासी विकास सिंह के अमतीपानी जवाडीह माइंस में ब्लास्टिंग से मारे गए स्व. गुलशन मुंडा के मामले को जोरदार तरीके से उठाया गया और जांच की मांग की गई। हिंडालको कंपनी द्वारा मजदूर बहाली न किए जाने और सीएसआर घोटाले जैसे मामलों पर भी कार्रवाई की मांग की गई।

बैठक में प्रकाश उरांव, अनिल उरांव, आदित्य सिंह, रामप्यार तुरी, रामलाल असुर, ननकू खरवार, छोटूराम असुर, शिवप्रसाद नायक, सुखराम बिरिजिया, जवाहिल खेरवार, मंगरा उरांव, उमेश मुंडा, चिंता देवी और पुष्पा उरांव मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित थे।
