गुमला – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय और जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों जैसे चैनपुर, डुमरी, टांगीनाथ धाम, रायडीह, पालकोट, बिशुनपुर, घाघरा, कामडारा, सिसई, भरनो और बसिया के शिवलयों में सावन माह के प्रथम सोमवार को जलाभिषेक के लिए भक्तों का तांता लगा रहा।

प्रमुख शिवलयों में भारी भीड़

महादेव कोना शिव मंदिर, बाघमुंडा बूढ़ा महादेव, शायदा शिवालय और तुरबुङ्गा स्थित शिव मंदिर में सुबह से ही भारी भीड़ देखी गई।

बसिया महादेव कोना शिव मंदिर में भगदड़

बसिया महादेव कोना शिव मंदिर में उस समय भगदड़ मच गई जब पूजा के दौरान पंडित अक्षय घोषाल ने एक सांप को देखा। सांप मंदिर परिसर से सटे गुलेची फूल के पेड़ से नीचे उतरकर शिवलिंग के चारों ओर घूमकर शिवलिंग से लिपट गया। थोड़ी देर बाद सांप वापस पेड़ पर चढ़ गया। इस दृश्य को देखने के लिए भक्तों की भीड़ जमा हो गई।

घटना के समय उपस्थित लोग

जिस समय सांप शिवलिंग से लिपटा, तिर्रा निवासी अशोक साहू की पत्नी रूबी देवी, पुत्र सक्षम कुमार और पंडित अक्षय घोषाल समेत कई श्रद्धालु उपस्थित थे।

भगदड़ के दौरान मंदिर परिसर में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर विशेष ध्यान देने की जरूरत है। इस तरह की अप्रत्याशित घटनाओं को नियंत्रित करने के लिए स्थानीय प्रशासन और मंदिर प्रबंधन को मिलकर काम करना चाहिए।
