जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस

गुमला – जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस पर आज गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया।
आज जिले के दूर दराज से लगभग 30 से अधिक नागरिकों ने उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की एवं अपनी समस्याओं को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा।

गुमला निवासी बसंत साहू ने अपना आवेदन समर्पित करते हुए बताया कि उन्होंने वर्ष 2020 में ही पीएम किसान योजना के तहत अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया था परंतु अभी तक उन्हें उक्त योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है जिसपर उन्हें उपायुक्त से सहायता की मांग की, उपायुक्त ने इससे संबंधित जांच हेतु संबंधित अधिकारी को पत्र अग्रसारित किया।

गुमला के कुलाबीरा ग्राम निवासी बसंत साहू ने उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की एवं उन्होंने बताया कि राशन कार्ड से उनका नाम हटा दिया गया है, उन्होंने कहा की वे पिछले कई वर्षो से राशन कार्ड से अपना राशन लेते रहें हैं परंतु अचानक उनका नाम कार्ड से हटवाने का कारण वे नहीं जान पा रहे हैं । उन्होंने उपायुक्त से पुनः उनका नाम राशन कार्ड में जोड़ने हेतु आवेदन समर्पित किया। जिसपर उपायुक्त ने समस्या के निवारण हेतु जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी को पत्र अग्रसारित करते हुए आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

चैनपुर निवासी अनोखी तिग्गा ने उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की, उन्होंने कहा कि वे कस्तूरबगांधी विद्यालय में उनका नामांकन के लिए फॉर्म भरा था परंतु नामांकन सूची में उनका नाम नहीं आया , उन्होंने बताया कि वे बेहद ही गरीब परिवार से हैं उन्होंने उपायुक्त से उनके आगे की पढ़ाई के लिए सहायता की मांग की जिसपर उपायुक्त ने जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी सह जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक को पत्र अग्रसारित किया एवं इस पर इसका हल निकालने हेतु उन्हें निर्देश दिया गया।

चैनपुर निवासी दुर्गा उरांव ने अपना आवेदन समर्पित करते हुए बताया कि उन्हें मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना के तहत बोलेरो कार के लिए 10 लाख रुपए की लोन प्राप्त हुई है, परंतु अचानक हुए एक सड़क हादसे से उनके पैर में फ्रेक्चर हो जाने के कारण वे बोलेरो चलाने के लिए असमर्थ है, उन्होंने उपायुक्त से बोलेरो के लिए मिले लोन में ट्रैक्टर देने की मांग की ताकि परिवार का जीवन यापन वे आसानी से कर सके। जिसपर उपायुक्त ने जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी को पत्र अग्रसारित किया एवं उक्त समस्या के हल करने के पश्चात प्रतिवेदन की भी मांग की।

भरनो स्थित कार्तिक उरांव पुस्तकालय समिति के सदस्यों ने नई समिती के गठन करने की मांग की उन्होंने कहा की पुरानी समिति के सक्रिय नहीं होने के कारण विद्यार्थियों को कई समस्या का सामना करना पड़ता है, जिसके लिए नए समिति का गठन अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण हो गया है, जिसपर उपायुक्त ने बीडीओ भरनो को पत्र अग्रसारित किया एवं इस पर विमर्श करने हेतु निर्देश दिए।

इसके साथ ही रायडीह निवासी दीपक कुमार एवं रायडीह निवासी प्रीति कुमारी ने अपना आवेदन समर्पित करते हुए रोजगार दिलाने की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने दोनो आवेदन को जिला श्रम कार्यालय के लिए अग्रसारित किया एवं आवश्यक सहयोग करने हेतु निर्देश दिए।

इसके अलावा जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में कई आवेदक आएं ,जिसमें जमीन विवाद, आवास योजना, राशन पेंशन सहित कई विषयों पर आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। उपायुक्त ने प्रत्येक आवेदकों की बात सुनी एवं समस्याओं के निवारण हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।
