बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के अतिसुदुरवर्ती क्षेत्र में स्थित सेरका पंचायत के हाडुप ग्राम तक जाने हेतु जर्जर सड़क का किया जाएगा निर्माण। 9.11 किलो मीटर की सड़क निर्माण हेतु डीपीआर प्रस्तावित

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के अतिसुदुरवर्ती क्षेत्र में स्थित हाडुप ग्राम तक जाने हेतु 9.11 किलो मीटर के सड़क निर्माण हेतु जिला स्तर से डीपीआर तैयार कर राज्य सरकार को भेज दिया गया है। जल्द ही उक्त सड़क के निर्माण का कार्य प्रारंभ किए जाएंगे।

बताते चले की कुछ माह पूर्व उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने अपने क्षेत्र भ्रमण के क्रम में बिशुनपुर के अतिसुदुरवर्ती क्षेत्र में स्थित सेरका पंचायत अंर्तगत हाडुप ग्राम का दौरान किया था। 20 PVTG परिवारों वाले अतिसुरवर्ती क्षेत्र स्थित हाडुप ग्राम तक जाने के लिए कई किलो मीटर तक के जर्जर मार्ग को पार कर उक्त क्षेत्र तक पहुंचा जा सकता है, एवं पाट क्षेत्र में होने के कारण उक्त ग्राम तक पहुंचने में अत्यंत कठिनाई का सामना करना पड़ता है।

जब उपायुक्त ने हाडुप ग्राम के ग्रामीणों से मुलाकात की तो ग्रामीणों ने भी इस बात की शिकायत जताई थी एवं ग्रामीणों की सड़क के निर्माण ना होने की नाराजगी कई वर्षों से सुर्खियों में भी रही। इस समस्या को देखते हुए उपायुक्त के निर्देश के आलोक में अब उक्त सड़क के निर्माण हेतु प्रस्ताव/ डीपीआर राज्य सरकार को समर्पित कर दिया गया है।

REO विभाग के कार्यपालक अभियंता विकास कुमार ने जानकारी दी कि उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देश के आलोक में सेरका पंचायत स्थित ग्राम का सर्वे किया गया जिसके पश्चात पीएम-जनमन योजना के तहत सेरका पंचायत से जालिम वाया हाडुप ग्राम तक के लिए कुल 9.11 किलो मीटर का सड़क निर्माण हेतु जिला ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग,कार्य प्रमंडल गुमला के द्वारा डीपीआर तैयार करते हुए राज्य सरकार को भेज दिया गया है।

जिला स्तर से सड़क निर्माण हेतु कागजी प्रक्रिया पूर्ण कर दी गई है। उन्होंने कहा की राज्य एवं केन्द्र सरकार के द्वारा आगे की प्रक्रिया लगभग 2 माह के अंदर पूर्ण करने की संभावना है जिसके पश्चात सड़क निर्माण हेतु कार्य प्रारंभ करने की प्रक्रिया संभवतः की जाएगी।
