जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, गुमला 

गुमला:- गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में जिले के दूर दराज से लगभग 30 से अधिक आवेदकों ने आकर उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की।

इस दौरान कोनाटोली अंर्तगत तेलगांव के ग्रामीणों ने आकर उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की। उन्होंने बताया कि उनके गांव में वर्ष 2023 में वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी के द्वारा पी.एफ. में अवस्थित कुसुम के वृक्षों का गणना करवाया गया था, एवं कुल 579 वृक्षों की सुरक्षा हेतु प्रत्येक ग्रामीण परिवार को 7-7 वृक्ष आवंटित किए गए थे एवं वन प्रमंडल के द्वारा विधिवत प्रमाण पत्र भी ग्रामीणों को निर्गत कराया गया था। जिसके पश्चात ग्रामीणों ने अपने अपने वृक्ष की देखभाल की एवं उसपर लाह का फसल लगाया गया। लाह के कटाई के समय उक्त ग्राम के कुछ ग्रामीणों के द्वारा अन्य सहयोगियों के साथ मिल कर फसल कटाई के लिए बाधा उत्पन्न किया जा रहा है, एवं गांव में एक तनाव का माहौल उत्पन्न किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि अब तक वे जहां भी गए वहां कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है। ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त से सहायता की मांग की, उन्होंने अनिश्चित काल तक वन प्रमंडल कार्यालय के बाहर धरना प्रदर्शन करने की भी बात कही। उक्त मामले को संज्ञान में लेते हुए उपायुक्त ने इसपर जांच एवं आवश्यक कारवाई किए जाने हेतु ग्रामीणों को आश्वस्त किया, उन्होंने उक्त मामले की जांच हेतु संबंधित विभाग को पत्र अग्रसारित किया।

गुमला जिले के 68 विधानसभा अंतर्गत नगर परिषद क्षेत्र के कुछ मतदान केंद्र के बीएलओ ने आकर उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की उन्होंने शिकायत की कि लोकसभा चुनाव के दौरान उनके द्वारा किए गए कार्यों की अब तक मानदेय राशि भुगतान नहीं की गई है, जिसपर उन्होंने उपायुक्त से सहायता की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने प्राप्त आवेदन पत्र को नगर परिषद के प्रशासक को अग्रसारित किया एवं अविलंब मानदेय राशि के भुगतान करने हेतु निर्देश दिए।

भरनो स्थित कार्तिक उरांव पुस्तकालय के छात्रों ने उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की उन्होंने उक्त पुस्तकालय में नए समिति के गठन करने की मांग कि, उन्होंने शिकायत की है कि वर्तमान समिति सक्रिय नहीं है जिस कारण से सभी छात्र असंतोष है। उपायुक्त ने इस पर बीडीओ भरनो को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

बसिया के टेगरा ग्राम के रहने वाले अमित बाड़ा ने बताया कि उनके माता पिता बचपन में ही गुजर गए हैं एवं वह पूर्ण रूप से असहाय है, अमित ने कहा कि वे आगे पढ़ाई करना चाहते हैं, एवं उपायुक्त से सहायता की मांग की। जिसपर उपायुक्त ने जिला कल्याण विभाग को आवेदन अग्रसारित किया एवं अमित बड़ा को प्री मैट्रिक स्कॉलरशिप योजना का अविलंब लाभ देने का निर्देश दिया।

इसके अतिरिक्त कई आवेदकों ने उपायुक्त से मुलाकात की, इस दौरान अबुआ आवास योजना, कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालय में नामांकन, राशन, पेंशन, आपसी तनाव,जमीन विवाद जैसे कई मामले देखने को मिले। प्रत्येक आवेदकों से उपायुक्त ने एक एक कर मुलाकात की, संबंधित मामलों पर सहायता एवं आवश्यक कारवाई हेतु उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।
