अवैध संबंध के शक में पत्नी की हत्या: गुमला जिले में पति ने सेप्टिक टैंक में छिपाया शव

गुमला: गुमला जिले के घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र स्थित शिवराजपुर जतरा टोली गांव में एक दिल दहला देने वाली घटना सामने आई है। 32 वर्षीय आरती देवी की उसके पति भैयाराम उरांव ने हत्या कर दी और साक्ष्य मिटाने के उद्देश्य से शव को शौचालय के सेप्टिक टैंक में छिपा दिया। यह घटना 25 सितंबर 2024 को तब सामने आई जब आरती देवी के पिता जगन्नाथ बड़ाइक ने थाने में अपनी बेटी की गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई। पुलिस ने तत्काल कार्रवाई करते हुए भैयाराम उरांव को गिरफ्तार किया और उसके बयान के आधार पर मामले का खुलासा हुआ।

अवैध संबंध के आरोप से शुरू हुआ विवाद

भैयाराम उरांव ने पुलिस पूछताछ के दौरान स्वीकार किया कि उसकी पत्नी आरती देवी का किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के साथ अवैध संबंध था। घटना के दिन जब उसने आरती को अपने मोबाइल पर प्रेमी से बात करते हुए रंगे हाथ पकड़ा, तो दोनों के बीच तीखी बहस हुई। विवाद इतना बढ़ गया कि भैयाराम ने गुस्से में आकर आरती के दुपट्टे से उसका गला घोंट दिया और मौके पर ही उसकी हत्या कर दी। हत्या के बाद, साक्ष्य मिटाने के इरादे से उसने आरती के शव को शौचालय के सेप्टिक टैंक में डाल दिया और गांववालों को यह बताता रहा कि आरती घर छोड़कर चली गई है।

पुलिस की त्वरित कार्रवाई

आरती देवी के गायब होने की शिकायत उसके पिता द्वारा दर्ज कराने के बाद, घाघरा थाना प्रभारी तरुण कुमार और सब-इंस्पेक्टर मनीष कुमार की टीम ने भैयाराम उरांव से पूछताछ शुरू की। पुलिस की पूछताछ में भैयाराम ने अंततः अपना अपराध स्वीकार कर लिया और पुलिस को बताया कि उसने हत्या के बाद शव को शौचालय के सेप्टिक टैंक में छिपाया था। भैयाराम की निशानदेही पर पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंचकर छानबीन शुरू की और शव को सेप्टिक टैंक से बाहर निकाला।

साक्ष्य मिटाने की कोशिश और समाज में भय

भैयाराम उरांव ने अपनी पत्नी की हत्या के बाद गांववालों और पुलिस को गुमराह करने की पूरी कोशिश की। वह लगातार गांववालों को बताता रहा कि आरती देवी गुस्से में घर छोड़कर चली गई है। एक हफ्ते बाद जब आरती के पिता ने उसकी गुमशुदगी की रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई, तब जाकर पुलिस को इस मामले की तहकीकात का मौका मिला। यह घटना न केवल घरेलू हिंसा और अवैध संबंधों से जुड़े गंभीर मुद्दों को उजागर करती है, बल्कि यह भी दिखाती है कि समाज में व्यक्तिगत विवाद किस हद तक बढ़ सकते हैं।

शव को निकाला गया और पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा गया

घाघरा थाना पुलिस ने पूरी कार्रवाई वीडियोग्राफी के साथ की। घाघरा अंचल अधिकारी आशीष कुमार मंडल की उपस्थिति में, गुमला नगर परिषद की टीम की मदद से शव को सेप्टिक टैंक से निकाला गया और पोस्टमार्टम के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेजा गया। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट से यह पुष्टि होगी कि हत्या के पीछे और कोई अन्य कारण तो नहीं था।

घरेलू हिंसा का गंभीर परिणाम

इस घटना से यह स्पष्ट होता है कि घरेलू हिंसा और आपसी अविश्वास किस तरह से दुखद अंत तक पहुंच सकते हैं। शराब की लत और अवैध संबंधों के शक ने भैयाराम उरांव को उस हद तक पहुंचा दिया कि उसने अपनी ही पत्नी की हत्या कर दी। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि इस तरह की घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए सामाजिक जागरूकता और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य को लेकर बातचीत की जरूरत है। घरेलू हिंसा की घटनाएं अक्सर छोटे विवादों से शुरू होती हैं, जो समय के साथ बढ़ती जाती हैं और अंततः भयावह परिणाम लाती हैं।

समाज और प्रशासन से अपील

गुमला जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस ने इस घटना के बाद गांववासियों से अपील की है कि वे अपने आस-पास हो रही किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की जानकारी तुरंत पुलिस को दें। साथ ही, पुलिस ने आश्वासन दिया है कि इस तरह के मामलों में सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी, ताकि भविष्य में इस तरह की घटनाओं को रोका जा सके।
