गुमला: डीटीओ का बड़ा एक्शन; स्कूली बच्चों को वाहन चलाते पकड़ा, गाड़ी जब्त और अभिभावकों की लगी क्लास

गुमला : – जिला मुख्यालय में जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में आज शहर में सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर एक बड़ा अभियान चलाया गया। दुन्दुरिया बस स्टैंड और डीएवी मोड़ पर हुई इस कार्रवाई में न केवल व्यावसायिक वाहनों पर नकेल कसी गई, बल्कि नाबालिग स्कूली बच्चों को वाहन चलाते हुए पकड़े जाने पर सख्त कदम उठाए गए।

नाबालिगों पर कार्रवाई: गाड़ी जब्त, अभिभावक तलब
चेकिंग के दौरान डीएवी मोड़ के पास कई स्कूली छात्र बिना लाइसेंस और हेलमेट के तेज रफ्तार में बाइक और स्कूटी चलाते पाए गए। डीटीओ ने तत्काल कार्रवाई करते हुए वाहनों को जब्त कर लिया। अभिभावकों को फटकार: पकड़े गए छात्रों के अभिभावकों को मौके पर बुलाया गया। डीटीओ ने उन्हें सख्त लहजे में चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि नाबालिगों को वाहन देना न केवल कानूनन अपराध है, बल्कि उनके जीवन के साथ खिलवाड़ भी है।
जुर्माना: इस पूरी कार्रवाई के दौरान कुल ₹35,000 का चालान काटा गया।

बस स्टैंड पर औचक निरीक्षण
दुन्दुरिया बस स्टैंड पर बसों की सघन जांच की गई। यहाँ मुख्य रूप से निम्नलिखित कमियां पाई गईं:

सुरक्षा मानकों की अनदेखी: कई बसों में अग्निशमन यंत्र और फर्स्ट-एड बॉक्स गायब थे।

दस्तावेजों का अभाव: फिटनेस, परमिट और प्रदूषण (PUC) प्रमाण पत्र न होने पर सख्त हिदायत दी गई।

नियम के उल्लंघन एवं चेतावनी: जांच में पकड़ी गई कुछ गाड़ियों को पहली गलती मानकर कड़ी चेतावनी देकर छोड़ा गया, ताकि वे जल्द से जल्द अपने दस्तावेज और सुरक्षा मानक पूरे कर सकें।

डीटीओ का संदेश: ‘जागरूकता और सुरक्षा’
चालान काटने के साथ ही डीटीओ ने बस ड्राइवरों और खलासियों के लिए एक ‘जागरूकता क्लास’ भी ली। उन्होंने समझाया:
सुरक्षा सर्वोपरि: यात्रियों की जान की जिम्मेदारी ड्राइवर की है।
नशे से दूरी: शराब पीकर वाहन चलाना सीधे मौत को दावत देना है।
गति सीमा: निर्धारित गति का पालन करें और ओवरलोडिंग से बचें।
“हमारा उद्देश्य केवल जुर्माना वसूलना नहीं, बल्कि दुर्घटनाओं को रोकना है। स्कूली बच्चों का सड़क पर वाहन लेकर निकलना बेहद खतरनाक है। अभिभावकों को जागरूक होना होगा, वरना भविष्य में और भी कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।प्रशासन की चेतावनी: जिला परिवहन विभाग ने स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि यह अभियान निरंतर जारी रहेगा। अब शहर की सड़कों पर यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन करना वाहन चालकों को भारी पड़ेगा।
