हजारीबाग: आध्यात्मिकता और समाजसेवा का अनूठा मेल प्रस्तुत करते हुए हजारीबाग के भाजपा नेता डॉ. अमित सिन्हा ने इस वर्ष भी नवरात्रि के प्रथम दिवस पर माँ शैलपुत्री की पूजा-अर्चना के साथ अपने नौ दिवसीय मौन साधना संकल्प की शुरुआत की। यह साधना केवल उनके व्यक्तिगत आत्मशुद्धि का प्रयास नहीं है, बल्कि यह संपूर्ण सृष्टि की सुख-शांति और समृद्धि के लिए समर्पित एक गहन आध्यात्मिक अनुष्ठान है। हर साल की तरह इस बार भी डॉ. सिन्हा ने अपने साधना का केंद्र भगवान नरसिंह स्थान मंदिर को बनाया, जहां उन्होंने माँ शैलपुत्री और माँ अष्टभुजी के दर्शन कर आशीर्वाद लिया।
मौन साधना: आत्मशुद्धि और मन की स्थिरता की साधना
डॉ. अमित सिन्हा पिछले कई वर्षों से मौन साधना करते आ रहे हैं। यह साधना उनके लिए आत्मशुद्धि और मन की स्थिरता को बनाए रखने का एक माध्यम है। वे मानते हैं कि मौन के माध्यम से व्यक्ति स्वयं से जुड़कर अपनी आंतरिक ऊर्जा को जागृत कर सकता है, और यह साधना संपूर्ण ब्रह्मांड में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का प्रसार करने का प्रयास है।
