गुमला जिले के मतदान केंद्रों में समय-सारणी में बदलाव, अब शाम 4 बजे तक ही होगा मतदान

गुमला जिले के विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में आगामी चुनाव को देखते हुए भारत निर्वाचन आयोग ने मतदान के समय में बदलाव का आदेश जारी किया है। सुरक्षा कारणों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, अब जिले के कुछ विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में मतदान समय प्रातः 7 बजे से शुरू होकर शाम 4 बजे तक ही सीमित रहेगा। यह आदेश मुख्य रूप से 69-विषुनपुर, 68-गुमला (अनुसूचित जनजाति) और 70-सिमडेगा क्षेत्रान्तर्गत पालकोट प्रखण्ड के लिए लागू किया गया है। यह निर्णय मतदाताओं की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए लिया गया है।

मतदान समय में बदलाव का उद्देश्य

इस समय बदलाव का मुख्य उद्देश्य मतदान प्रक्रिया को सुरक्षित और सुगम बनाना है। झारखंड के कुछ विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में सुरक्षा की चुनौतियों को देखते हुए आयोग ने यह कदम उठाया है।

इन क्षेत्रों में मतदाताओं के लिए मतदान समय शाम 5 बजे के स्थान पर शाम 4 बजे तक सीमित कर दिया गया है। यह निर्णय झारखंड के मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी के अनुमोदन के बाद लिया गया है।

प्रभावित विधानसभा क्षेत्र और मतदान केंद्रों की सूची

गुमला जिले के निम्नलिखित विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में समय-सारणी में परिवर्तन किया गया है:

• विधानसभा क्षेत्र 69 – विषुनपुर
• विधानसभा क्षेत्र 68 – गुमला (अनुसूचित जनजाति)
• विधानसभा क्षेत्र 70 – सिमडेगा (पालकोट प्रखण्ड के कुछ केंद्र)

इन क्षेत्रों के मतदान केंद्रों पर यह नया समय लागू होगा। मतदाताओं से अनुरोध है कि वे इस नए समय के अनुसार सुबह 7 बजे से शाम 4 बजे के बीच अपने मत का प्रयोग करें।

मतदाताओं को आवश्यक निर्देश

इन क्षेत्रों के मतदाताओं के लिए निम्नलिखित निर्देश दिए गए हैं:

• निर्धारित समय पर पहुंचें: मतदाताओं को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे समय का ध्यान रखें और 4 बजे से पहले अपने मतदान केंद्र पर पहुंचें।
• सुरक्षा निर्देशों का पालन करें: मतदान केंद्रों पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के मद्देनज़र, सुरक्षा कर्मियों और चुनाव आयोग के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करें।
• पहचान पत्र साथ लेकर आएं: मतदाताओं से अनुरोध है कि वे वोटर आईडी या अन्य पहचान पत्र साथ लेकर आएं।

समय परिवर्तन के संभावित प्रभाव

इस परिवर्तन से मतदाताओं को सुबह के समय मतदान के लिए प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा, जिससे भीड़ को नियंत्रित करना और मतदान को अधिक सुरक्षित बनाना संभव होगा। निर्वाचन अधिकारियों के अनुसार, यह कदम जनता की सुविधा और सुरक्षा दोनों को ध्यान में रखते हुए उठाया गया है। समय में बदलाव के कारण स्थानीय प्रशासन ने मतदाताओं को इसकी जानकारी प्रदान करने के लिए जागरूकता अभियान भी शुरू किया है।
