गुमला में वाहन जांच अभियान: सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में सख्त कदम

गुमला जिले में सड़क सुरक्षा और अपराध नियंत्रण के उद्देश्य से पुलिस द्वारा एक सख्त वाहन जांच अभियान चलाया गया। पुलिस कप्तान शंभू कुमार सिंह के निर्देशानुसार यह अभियान घाघरा थाना मुख्य गेट के समक्ष एस.आई. गणेश कुमार दास के नेतृत्व में आयोजित किया गया। अभियान के दौरान दोपहिया और चारपहिया वाहनों के आवश्यक दस्तावेजों, हेलमेट और बीमा की जांच की गई।

अभियान का उद्देश्य: सड़क सुरक्षा और अपराध नियंत्रण

गुमला पुलिस द्वारा यह जांच अभियान सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने और यातायात नियमों के पालन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए चलाया गया।

• बढ़ती सड़क दुर्घटनाएं: हाल के दिनों में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की बढ़ती घटनाओं को देखते हुए यह कदम उठाया गया।
• यातायात नियमों का उल्लंघन: बिना हेलमेट वाहन चलाने और शराब पीकर वाहन चलाने जैसी लापरवाहियों पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया।
• सुरक्षा जागरूकता: अभियान का एक उद्देश्य नागरिकों में सड़क सुरक्षा के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना भी था।

वाहनों की गहन जांच: मुख्य बिंदु

एस.आई. गणेश कुमार दास के नेतृत्व में पुलिस टीम ने विभिन्न पहलुओं पर जांच की:

1. दस्तावेजों की जांच:

• ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस
• वाहन पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र (आरसी)
• बीमा कागजात

2. हेलमेट की अनिवार्यता:

• दोपहिया वाहन चालकों के लिए हेलमेट की जांच प्राथमिकता रही।
• बिना हेलमेट पकड़े जाने वाले चालकों को दंडित किया गया।

3. शराब पीकर वाहन चलाने पर सख्ती:

• अल्कोहल सेवन की स्थिति की जांच के लिए ब्रीथ एनालाइजर का उपयोग किया गया।
• शराब पीकर वाहन चलाने वालों के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई का आदेश।

कानूनी कार्रवाई और सख्त निर्देश

एस.आई. गणेश कुमार दास ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि:

• बिना हेलमेट वाहन चलाना: ऐसे वाहन चालकों पर तुरंत जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा।
• शराब पीकर वाहन चलाना: यह गंभीर अपराध माना जाएगा, और दोषियों पर कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
• दस्तावेजों की कमी: अधूरे दस्तावेज वाले वाहनों को जब्त कर संबंधित अधिकारियों को सौंपा जाएगा।

अभियान के दौरान कई वाहन चालकों को चेतावनी दी गई, जबकि कुछ पर तुरंत जुर्माना लगाया गया।

2. जागरूकता कार्यक्रम: स्कूलों और सामुदायिक केंद्रों पर सड़क सुरक्षा पर विशेष सत्र आयोजित किए जाएंगे।
