गुमला जिले में 03 से 18 आयु वर्ग के बच्चों की शैक्षणिक स्थिति का आकलन करने के लिए झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना द्वारा घर-घर सर्वेक्षण अभियान की शुरुआत की गई है। यह सर्वेक्षण 4 दिसंबर 2024 से 4 जनवरी 2025 तक चलेगा। इस पहल का मुख्य उद्देश्य बच्चों की शिक्षा से जुड़ी आवश्यकताओं और चुनौतियों को समझना और उन्हें उचित समाधान प्रदान करना है।

सर्वेक्षण का उद्देश्य: शिक्षा तक हर बच्चे की पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना

गुमला में शुरू किए गए इस शिशु पंजी सर्वेक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि कोई भी बच्चा शिक्षा से वंचित न रहे।

प्रमुख उद्देश्य:

1. स्कूल में उपस्थिति: यह पता लगाना कि 03 से 18 आयु वर्ग के बच्चे स्कूल जा रहे हैं या नहीं।
2. ड्रॉपआउट बच्चों की पहचान: वे बच्चे जो पढ़ाई बीच में छोड़ चुके हैं।
3. शैक्षणिक चुनौतियों का आकलन: बच्चों और उनके परिवारों के सामने आने वाली शैक्षिक समस्याओं की पहचान।
4. समावेशी शिक्षा: विशेष आवश्यकता वाले बच्चों (दिव्यांग) को शिक्षा से जोड़ना।

सर्वेक्षण का संचालन कैसे किया जाएगा?

शिक्षकों की भूमिका:

• सरकारी और सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों के शिक्षक घर-घर जाकर शिशु पंजी सर्वेक्षण करेंगे।
• सर्वेक्षण में शामिल होंगे:
  • बच्चे की उम्र।
  • क्या बच्चा स्कूल जाता है?
  • किस कक्षा में पढ़ाई कर रहा है?
  • क्या परिवार को शिक्षा के लिए किसी सहायता की जरूरत है?

अभिभावकों का सहयोग आवश्यक:

ज्योति खलखो ने सभी अभिभावकों और समुदाय से इस सर्वेक्षण में सहयोग करने की अपील की है, ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि हर बच्चा शिक्षा से जुड़ा रहे।
