गुमला में जन शिकायत समाधान कार्यक्रम का आयोजन: नागरिकों के लिए पुलिस की नई पहल

गुमला जिले में झारखंड पुलिस ने जन शिकायत समाधान कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की है। यह कार्यक्रम पुलिस महानिदेशक एवं पुलिस महानिरीक्षक, झारखंड रांची द्वारा निर्गत आदेश संख्या-99/2024 के आलोक में आयोजित किया जा रहा है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य आम नागरिकों की शिकायतों का त्वरित और प्रभावी समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है।

यह कार्यक्रम गुमला के विभिन्न अनुमंडल क्षेत्रों में 18 दिसंबर 2024, बुधवार, सुबह 11 बजे से आयोजित किया जाएगा। नागरिकों को अपनी समस्याएं दर्ज कराने और पुलिस से सहायता प्राप्त करने के लिए फोन, व्हाट्सएप और ईमेल जैसे डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म भी उपलब्ध कराए गए हैं।

जन शिकायत समाधान कार्यक्रम का प्राथमिक उद्देश्य नागरिकों को उनकी शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए एक प्रभावी मंच प्रदान करना है।

• इसके तहत नागरिक अपनी समस्याओं को आसानी से पुलिस के सामने रख सकते हैं।
• त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित कर यह पहल नागरिकों और पुलिस के बीच विश्वास को बढ़ाने का काम करेगी।
