गुमला – गुमला जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के तत्वावधान में बुधवार को गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित घघरा प्रखंड मुख्यालय के सभागार में विधान से समाधान कार्यक्रम के तहत विशेष कर महिलाओं के हितार्थ कानूनी एवं लाभकारी योजनाओं की दृष्टिगत विधिक जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।
कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन डालसा सचिव रामकुमार लाल गुप्ता, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी दिनेश कुमार एवं स्थाई लोक अदालत के सदस्य शंभू सिंह ने संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया । महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिये बनाये गए कानून प्रावधानों और योजनाओं से जुड़े कई जानकारियां प्रदान की गई।
डालसा सचिव रामकुमार लाल गुप्ता, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी दिनेश कुमार, स्थाई लोक अदालत के सदस्य शंभू सिंह, एलडीएसएस चीफ डी एन ओहदार, पैनल अधिवक्ता शारदा पांडे,सहित न्यायिक स्वयंसेवक जोशिन्ता कुजूर ने कार्यक्रम को किया संबोधित।
कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए वक्ताओं ने कहा कि महिलाओं के प्रति अपराध जैसे एसिड हमला, दुष्कर्म, अपहरण, मानव तस्करी, क्रूरता, दहेज उत्पीड़न अथवा अन्य किसी भी अपराध के प्रति सतर्क रहने की आवश्यकता है। इस तरह की घटनाएं पीड़िता को झकझोर कर रख देती है। दोषियों को सजा देने का कार्य न्यायालय का है, जरुरत है समय रहते आवाज उठाने की। यदि महिलाएं अपने अधिकारों के प्रति सचेत रहेंगी तभी अपने आस-पास के लोगों की मदद कर सकती है। उन्होनें कहा कि समान पारिश्रमिक अधिनियम के अनुसार अगर बात वेतन मजदूरी की हाे तो लिंग के आधार पर किसी के साथ भी भेदभाव नहीं किया जा सकता है।
कायर्स्थल पर हुए यौन उत्पीड़न अधिनियम के अनुसार आपको यौन उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज करने का पूरा अधिकार है। शिकायत पर तत्काल करवाई होगी । यौन उत्पीड़न की शिकार महिलाओं को नाम न छापने देने का अधिकार है। अपनी गोपनीयता की रक्षा करने के लिए यौन उत्पीड़न की शिकार हुई महिला अकेले अपना बयान किसी महिला पुलिस अधिकारी की मौजूदगी मे या फिर जिलाधिकारी के सामने दर्ज करा सकती है।
साथ ही वक्ताओं ने कहा कि यदि किसी मामले में अगर आरोपी एक महिला है तो उस पर की जाने वाली कोई भी चिकित्सा जांच प्रक्रिया किसी महिला द्वारा या किसी दूसरी महिला की उपस्थिति में ही की जानी चाहिए।
