पति की हत्या का आरोप लगाकर उसके ससुराल वालों ने बल्कि देवी को निर्वस्त्र कर मारपीट किया गया और उसके प्राइवेट पार्ट पर भी गंभीर चोट पहुंचाई गई

सभी घायलों को अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया है

गुमला – पत्नी पर पति की हत्या करने का आरोप लगाकर उसके ससुराल वाले पीड़ित पत्नी बल्कि देवी को निर्वस्त्र कर लाठी डंडे लात जूते से पिटाई करते हुए , उसके प्राइवेट पार्ट पर भी चोट पहुंचने का मामला प्रकाश में आया है , गुमला सदर अस्पताल में भर्ती पीड़िता बल्कि देवी ने बताया कि मेरे पति रविवार को गांव के नदी में नहाने गए हुए थे जहां वह डूब गए तब ग्रामीणों के सहयोग से मेरे पति को उक्त तालाब से निकला गया और आनन-फानन में इलाज के लिये गुमला सदर अस्पताल लाया गया , जहां बल्कि देवी के पति को डाक्टरों द्वारा जांचों प्रांत उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया गया , उक्त सूचना मिलते ही संबंधित पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें , उक्त शव को अपने कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम हेतु गुमला सदर अस्पताल स्थित पोस्टमार्टम हाउस में भेजवाया गया और शीतगृह में रखवाया गया और सोमवार को पोस्टमार्टम के बाद उक्त शव को उसकी पत्नी बल्कि देवी एवं उसके परिजनों को उक्त शव को सौंप दिया गया , जिले लेकर बल्कि देवी अपने ससुराल कोलेबिरा पोढाटोली ग्राम जैसे ही पहूंची उसके ससुराल वाले बल्कि देवी पर अपने पति की हत्या करने का आरोप लगाकर उसे निर्वस्त्र कर दिया गया और लाठी डंडे,लात घूसों से उसे पीटा गया और इसी क्रम में उसके प्राइवेट पार्ट पर भी गंभीर चोट पहुंचाई गई और उसने बाल काटने के लिये कैची भी लाया गया परन्तु जोरदार विरोध करने पर बल्कि देवी का बाल नहीं काटा गया , बल्कि देवी ने अपने ससुराल वालों से कहा कि मेरे तीन बच्चे हैं फिर मैं अपने पति को क्यों मारूंगी, वही ससुराल वालों ने बल्कि देवी पर तालाब में डूबा कर हत्या करने का आरोप लगाया है, साथ ही साथ बल्कि देवी के साथ गयें उसके माता-पिता, परिजनों और साथ में गयें लगभग 10 – 12 ग्रामीणों को भी मारपीट कर गंभीर रूप से घायल कर दिया गया , बाद में पीड़िता बल्कि देवी को एक चादर लपेटकर उसके ससुराल वालों के चंगुल से छुड़ाकर उसे उसके घर लाया गया और बाद में उक्त घटना की सूचना वृन्दा पंचायत की मुखिया सतवंती देवी को दी गई, उन्होंने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए उक्त सभी घायलों को सदर अस्पताल गुमला में भर्ती करवाया गया हैं जहां डॉक्टरों द्वारा उसका इलाज चल रहा हैं।
