जिला खनिज फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट की बैठक: विकास योजनाओं पर जोर

गुमला – जिला खनिज फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट (डीएमएफटी) की प्रबंधकीय समिति की बैठक शुक्रवार को गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित की गई। बैठक का उद्देश्य जिले में विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा और उनके प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन पर चर्चा करना था। यह बैठक उपायुक्त कार्यालय कक्ष में आयोजित हुई, जिसमें अधिकारियों ने कई अहम प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी और संबंधित निर्देश जारी किए।

बैठक के मुख्य बिंदु और प्रस्ताव

सड़क निर्माण पर प्राथमिकता

जिले के विभिन्न स्थानों पर सड़क निर्माण के कई प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत किए गए। उपायुक्त ने इन पर प्राथमिकता से कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। चिरोडीह, सेरका, और गुरदरी जैसे क्षेत्रों में विकास कार्यों पर विशेष ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता बताई गई।

ग्राम सभाओं से प्रस्ताव

उपायुक्त ने जोर देकर कहा कि सभी योजनाओं को ग्राम सभा में चर्चा के बाद ही प्रस्तावित किया जाए। ग्रामीणों की सर्वसम्मति से लिखित प्रस्ताव प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य किया गया है।

टाना भगत स्कूल का विकास

टाना भगत स्कूल में शौचालय निर्माण, चारदीवारी निर्माण, और अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाओं के लिए प्रस्ताव तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए गए। यह पहल शिक्षा के स्तर को सुधारने और छात्रों को बेहतर सुविधाएं प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से की गई है।

सीसीटीवी और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था

खनन क्षेत्रों में पारदर्शिता और सुरक्षा बढ़ाने के लिए सीसीटीवी कैमरों की स्थापना पर जोर दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने टेंडर प्रक्रिया को शीघ्र पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया।

एम्बुलेंस सेवा

बिमरला और हाड़ुप जैसे दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं सुलभ बनाने के लिए एम्बुलेंस सेवा शुरू करने के आदेश दिए गए।

पुल और सड़क निर्माण

पुल और सड़क निर्माण से संबंधित प्रस्तावों को प्राथमिकता दी गई। योजनाओं को सुविधाजनक और टिकाऊ बनाने के लिए ग्राम मुखियों से सुझाव प्राप्त कर उनके आधार पर योजना तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

उपस्थित अधिकारी और सुझाव

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, खनन पदाधिकारी, डीएसपी गुमला, और अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी मौजूद थे। उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को योजनाओं को समयबद्ध और प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने के लिए कहा।

जिला विकास की दिशा में कदम

इस बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य जिले में विकास कार्यों को तेज करना और जनता को बुनियादी सुविधाएं मुहैया कराना था। उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागों से समन्वय स्थापित कर योजनाओं के त्वरित क्रियान्वयन का आह्वान किया।
