भरनो में डीटीओ का महा-अभियान; स्कूली वाहनों समेत सभी वाहनों पर गिरी गाज, ₹ 2.80 लाख का वसूला जुर्माना

गुमला : – गुमला जिला परिवहन विभाग की ‘रोड सेफ्टी’ मुहिम अब ग्रामीण इलाकों में भी पूरी रफ्तार पकड़ चुकी है। जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी (DTO) ज्ञान शंकर जायसवाल के नेतृत्व में आज भरनो मुख्य मार्ग और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में सघन चेकिंग राजस्व संग्रहण हेतु यह अभियान चलाया गया। इस बड़ी कार्रवाई में विभिन्न नियमों के उल्लंघन पर कुल 2 लाख 80 हजार रुपये का भारी-भरकम जुर्माना काटा गया।

स्कूली वाहनों पर विशेष नकेल

अभियान के दौरान स्कूली बच्चों को ढोने वाले वाहनों (बस और वैन) की गहनता से जांच की गई। सभी वाहनों में सुरक्षा मानकों की अनदेखी और दस्तावेजों की कमी पाई गई। डीटीओ ने स्पष्ट किया कि बच्चों की सुरक्षा के साथ किसी भी प्रकार का समझौता बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।

जांच के घेरे में आए सभी वाहन
चेकिंग के दौरान केवल बसें ही नहीं, बल्कि हर श्रेणी के वाहनों को रोककर उनके कागजात और सुरक्षा उपकरणों की जांच की गई:

पिकअप और ट्रक: ओवरलोडिंग और कागजातों की कमी पर कार्रवाई।

टेंपो और कार: व्यावसायिक परमिट और फिटनेस की जांच।

मोटरसाइकिल: बिना हेलमेट और ट्रिपल राइडिंग करने वालों पर भारी जुर्माना।

इन प्रमुख कमियों पर हुई बड़ी कार्रवाई
बिना परमिट: व्यावसायिक रूप से चलने वाले कई वाहन बिना वैध परमिट के सड़कों पर दौड़ते मिले।

बिना इंश्योरेंस: सुरक्षा और बीमा नियमों की धज्जियां उड़ाने वाले वाहनों को पकड़ा गया।

हेलमेट की अनदेखी: दोपहिया वाहन चालकों द्वारा हेलमेट न पहनना जुर्माने का मुख्य कारण रहा।

दस्तावेजों का अभाव: प्रदूषण प्रमाण पत्र ( पीयूसी ) और फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट की अनुपलब्धता।

डीटीओ की सख्त चेतावनी

कार्रवाई के दौरान डीटीओ श्री जायसवाल ने वाहन चालकों और मालिकों को दो टूक शब्दों में चेतावनी दी। उन्होंने कहा कि सड़क सुरक्षा केवल एक विभाग की जिम्मेदारी नहीं, बल्कि हर नागरिक का कर्तव्य है।

“भरनो में आज की कार्रवाई एक ट्रेलर है। हम उन सभी वाहन मालिकों को चिन्हित कर रहे हैं जो बिना इंश्योरेंस और परमिट के वाहन चला रहे हैं। ₹2.80 लाख का जुर्माना यह बताने के लिए काफी है कि अब लापरवाही के दिन खत्म हो गए हैं — डीटीओ, गुमला

कार्रवाई का असर: इस महा-अभियान के बाद पूरे भरनो क्षेत्र के वाहन चालकों में हड़कंप की स्थिति रही। प्रशासन ने साफ कर दिया है कि यह अभियान आने वाले दिनों में जिले के अन्य प्रखंडों में भी इसी तरह अचानक चलाया जाएगा।
