भारत की जनगणना 2027 हेतु तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण का शुभारंभ

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में भारत की जनगणना 2027 के सफल संचालन को लेकर सूचना भवन, गुमला के सभागार में तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्घाटन शशिन्द्र कुमार बड़ाईक, अपर समाहर्ता-सह-जिला जनगणना पदाधिकारी, गुमला द्वारा किया गया।

उद्घाटन अवसर पर उन्होंने जनगणना 2027 के प्रथम चरण के कार्यों को सभी स्तरों पर सावधानीपूर्वक एवं पूर्व निर्धारित कार्य योजना के अनुरूप संपादित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि जनगणना एक महत्वपूर्ण राष्ट्रीय कार्य है, जिसमें सटीकता एवं समयबद्धता अत्यंत आवश्यक है।
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का संचालन जनगणना कार्य निदेशालय, झारखण्ड, रांची के उप निदेशक, जनगणना केश्या नायक एवं सांख्यिकी अन्वेषक ग्रेड-2 राजा शंकर ठाकुर द्वारा किया जा रहा है। वहीं माधुरी बेक, जिला सांख्यिकी पदाधिकारी-सह-अपर जिला जनगणना पदाधिकारी, गुमला द्वारा जनगणना 2027 के संबंध में संक्षिप्त जानकारी दी गई।
बताया गया कि भारत की जनगणना 2027 दो चरणों में संपादित की जाएगी। प्रथम चरण के अंतर्गत मकान सूचीकरण एवं मकानों की गणना का कार्य अप्रैल 2026 से सितंबर 2026 तक किया जाएगा। झारखण्ड राज्य में यह कार्य 16 मई 2026 से 14 जून 2026 तक प्रस्तावित है।
जनगणना 2027 पूर्णतः डिजिटल माध्यम से संपन्न की जाएगी, जिसमें पर्यवेक्षक एवं प्रगणक मोबाइल ऐप के माध्यम से डाटा संग्रहण करेंगे। इसके साथ ही सीएमएमएस पोर्टल के माध्यम से प्रशासनिक स्तर पर कार्यों की निगरानी की जाएगी। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान जनगणना से संबंधित सभी तकनीकी एवं कानूनी पहलुओं की विस्तृत जानकारी दी जा रही है।
यह प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम 18 मार्च 2026 से 20 मार्च 2026 तक आयोजित किया जा रहा है, जिसमें अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (चैनपुर, बसिया, गुमला), जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी, जिला सूचना विज्ञान पदाधिकारी, जिला सूचना एवं जनसम्पर्क पदाधिकारी, सभी चार्ज पदाधिकारी, प्रखण्ड विकास पदाधिकारी/अंचल अधिकारी, सहायक चार्ज पदाधिकारी, तकनीकी सहायक एवं जिला स्तरीय जनगणना कोषांग के कर्मी सम्मिलित हो रहे हैं।
