आगामी पर्वों को लेकर शांति समिति की बैठक संपन्न, व्यापक तैयारियों की समीक्षा

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन जमां की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में आज अनुमंडल कार्यालय सभागार में आगामी ईद, रामनवमी, दुर्गा पूजा एवं सरहुल पर्व को लेकर शांति समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई।

बैठक में विभिन्न पर्वों के दौरान विधि-व्यवस्था, पेयजल, विद्युत आपूर्ति, साफ-सफाई, यातायात व्यवस्था एवं अन्य आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान शांति समिति के सदस्यों ने पर्व स्थलों पर पर्याप्त पेयजल आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने, सभी चापाकलों को दुरुस्त रखने एवं आवश्यकतानुसार अतिरिक्त जलापूर्ति करने का आग्रह किया।
नगर क्षेत्र एवं जुलूस मार्गों में नियमित साफ-सफाई, ब्लीचिंग एवं कचरा निष्पादन के लिए चलंत डस्टबिन एवं नाइट स्वीपिंग टीम की व्यवस्था करने की मांग की गई।
देर रात तक आयोजित कार्यक्रमों के मद्देनज़र पर्याप्त प्रकाश व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने तथा खराब स्ट्रीट लाइटों को शीघ्र ठीक करने का सुझाव दिया गया।
जुलूस मार्गों एवं भीड़-भाड़ वाले क्षेत्रों में ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था सुदृढ़ करने तथा बड़े वाहनों के प्रवेश पर नियंत्रण रखने की आवश्यकता बताई गई।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि गुमला जिला आपसी सौहार्द और भाईचारे के लिए जाना जाता है, इसलिए सभी पर्व शांतिपूर्ण वातावरण में संपन्न हों, यह हम सभी की जिम्मेदारी है। उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिया कि विद्युत विभाग ढीले तारों को दुरुस्त करे, पेड़-पौधों की छंटाई सुनिश्चित की जाए तथा नगर परिषद द्वारा सभी चिन्हित स्थलों पर साफ-सफाई, पेयजल, मोबाइल शौचालय एवं अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाओं की समुचित व्यवस्था की जाए। जुलूस एवं भीड़-भाड़ वाले स्थानों पर स्वास्थ्य सुविधा, एम्बुलेंस एवं कंट्रोल रूम के माध्यम से निगरानी सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही उन्होंने नागरिकों से अपील की कि सोशल मीडिया पर किसी भी भ्रामक सूचना को साझा न करें।

पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन जमां ने कहा कि सभी पर्वों के दौरान विधि-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने हेतु सघन पेट्रोलिंग, संवेदनशील स्थलों पर पुलिस बल की प्रतिनियुक्ति तथा सीसीटीवी एवं ड्रोन के माध्यम से निगरानी की जाएगी। अवैध शराब, ब्लैक मार्केटिंग एवं असामाजिक तत्वों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। जुलूस मार्गों पर विशेष सतर्कता बरती जाएगी तथा बिना अनुमति किसी भी प्रकार का जुलूस/अखाड़ा आयोजित नहीं किया जाएगा। डीजे के उपयोग पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा तथा सोशल मीडिया पर भ्रामक खबर फैलाने वालों पर कड़ी नजर रखी जाएगी।

नगर परिषद प्रशासक ने बताया कि सभी पर्व स्थलों पर प्रकाश व्यवस्था, चलंत डस्टबिन, नाइट स्वीपिंग टीम, साफ-सफाई एवं ब्लीचिंग की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाएगी तथा पेयजल आपूर्ति हेतु उपलब्ध चापाकलों को क्रियाशील रखा गया है।

जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी ने जानकारी दी कि गैस सिलेंडर की आपूर्ति सामान्य है तथा पैनिक बुकिंग से बचने की अपील की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि आपूर्ति एवं वितरण व्यवस्था की सतत निगरानी की जा रही है एवं किसी भी प्रकार की शिकायत पर त्वरित कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी एवं पुलिस पदाधिकारियों ने कहा कि सभी प्रखंडों एवं थाना स्तर पर शांति समिति की बैठक आयोजित कर तैयारियां सुनिश्चित की जा रही हैं तथा पर्वों के दौरान सामुदायिक सहयोग एवं समन्वय पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला दिलेश्वर महत्तो, निदेशक डीआरडीए विद्या भूषण कुमार, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर पूर्णिमा कुमारी, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी बसिया जयवंती देवगम, डीसीएलआर गुमला राजीव कुमार, डीसीएलआर बसिया शेखर कुमार, डीएसपी मुख्यालय वीरेंद्र टोप्पो, एसडीपीओ गुमला सुरेश प्रसाद, जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी, जिला सामान्य शाखा पदाधिकारी सुशील खाका, जिला नजारत उप समाहर्ता ललन कुमार रजक, कार्यपालक अभियंता विद्युत आपूर्ति विनय कुमार सहित विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारी, शांति समिति के सदस्य एवं गणमान्य नागरिक उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक उपरांत उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक द्वारा वरीय पदाधिकारियों के साथ विधि-व्यवस्था को लेकर विशेष समीक्षा बैठक कर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।
जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सभी नागरिकों से अपील की गई है कि आगामी पर्वों को शांतिपूर्ण एवं सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में मनाएं।
